Fairport Convention with Jon Benns & Wurzel : Quazi-Be-Goode

A rare 1986 single with the then-current line-up of Fairport joined by singer Jon Benns and added guitar by Wurzel from Motorhead! Lyrics by Les Barker.
The single also appeared on the various artists compilation LP 'Where Would You Rather Be Tonight?' the same year, all proceeds from which went to Broadreach House, a rehabilitation centre for drug addicts and alcoholics. The album gives Jon Benns top billing on the track.
So while musically it's probably no-one's finest hour, it was for a good cause.
