Each OSI Model layer has a corresponding PDU (Protocol Data Unit). In layers 7, 6, 5 the PDUs are called Data Units - "D" Did In the Transport Layer the PDUs are called Segements - "S" Someone At the Network Layer the PDUs are called Packets - "P" Pay At the Data Link layer the PDUs are called Frames - "F" For The Physical Layer has PDUs called Bits - "B" Bits

BTW, I have always used the Please DO Not Throw Sausage Pizza Away to memorize the 7 layers of OSI.
