Money money money. It's not just Stellantis, its all of the brands these days. I have heard rumors that engineers at Ram have been working on moving from the Hemi to the Magnum family and working on a V8 and a V10 options for ram trucks. This is what the world needs. Not a EV truck.
I luckily bought one of the last new RAM Hemi’s this year, what a great truck. That type of product is how they will thrive, really not that complicated…
Dodge can fix it by getting back to basics. Get back to reliable V8 power, no start/stop, no EV, no gimmicky touch screen electronics, no computer controlled variable pressure oil pumps, no more cylinder cancelation. No need for monster cu in engines in most vehicles. Just reliable little 4.6-5.3 liter (283-327 cu in) V8's
I was one of the strongest, most loyal Mopar customers for decades. I currently have a 2000 Wrangler, 2009 Charger, 2011 Ram 2500, and 2012 Caravan. Back after we bought the van, one of the rear suspension links fell off, causing the wheel to move back and contact the body, slicing the tire open. This was within months of buying it. They insisted it wasn't covered under warranty. Both the dealer and the corporate office said the same. A few years later, the Charger, that we purchased new from the dealer, developed the deadly lifter tick. Took it in, only to be told our lifetime unlimited mileage warranty was no longer in place because we "missed" a visual inspection that we tried to get done but couldn't due to the covid lock down. Mind you, we tried to get the lifter tick checked multiple times earlier, but they kept telling us it was nothing. Charger is on stands in the garage, dead, while I struggle to find time to replace the cam and lifters, and hopefully don't find more internal damage from circulating bits of failed lifter. Last two cars we bought were Ford. Bought used, from private sellers. Been treated better by the local Ford dealership when searching for parts than the Dodge dealerships ever did.
You look like you are moving pretty good. So glad to see you back in the garage. I really hope Chrysler is gonna, get, back on track before its time for my next truck because I can't afford RAM now-a-days. Thank you for getting back on the channel.
News has been out. Hemi’s are back. They are making so many motors in Mexico. Ram trucks are getting more options. They are pushing them and saying could be out at the end of 25. Hemi’s are back.
The fix is coming. V8s in everything. Upping the anti, too. Don't be suprised to see redeye and demon/hellephant power in 2026 models. The future is very bright. Long live the hemi.
I believe that it wouldn’t be helpful to extend their warranty coverage to 5 year 60,000 mile bumper to bumper and 10 year 100,000 mile drivetrain. It could be a deciding factor to which brand when you know they stand behind their product.
CEOs are not always the problem but usually the biggest problem.. trying to make the Wagoneer a luxury vehicle big mistake.. Dodge is supposed to be muscle. Jeep is supposed to be rugged Chrysler supposed to be luxury ...392 in the Gladiator.. got to bring excitement back by also making small turbocharge cars that will bring the younger crowd ( honda).. limited edition Hellcat minivan 😮 aluminum Hemi 😊
Hope you are feeling better...had two operations for disc's myself..NO FUN! Question for you..on the 6.4 truck motor oil problem, it looks like the 6.4 has piston jet's that the 5.7 does not have? Seems diverting some of the oil away to feed the jets could agrivate the issue, along with long idle times they see? Also do you think bumping the idle speed up a bit does anygood?
Who knows for sure how to fix the situation, but the current high price of new vehicles is out of range for the majority of the population. And we certainly don't know what is going to happen over the next few years with costs. Both EV and ICE options should be available so people can choose what works best for thier lifestyle. Sounds like they definitely need to get the EV thing figured out, and make them competitive. Surprised to see a video mid-week, but great to see one from you.
I agree. I don't know what any of the companies are thinking with the pricing. Loans are out to 7/8 years now? Leases have never been the solution for the buyer but sure worked for the company. But to keep it Chrysler/Mopar, they better make sure their vehicles don't crap out too. I don't care how cheap they sell, the company is dead once the public is convinced your product is crap function wise. Especially when the breakdowns start costing the owner to repair with today's repair pricing.
High prices are a problem with all brands. It’s the reason why I’m not considering a new vehicle anymore. What are your thoughts on the hurricane chargers?
I don't think it's my style per sae, but I can guarantee they're going to be stupid fast once the aftermarket gets ahold of them. I'm actually a believer in the hurricane engine, the HO version that is. After tearing one down in training I was pretty impressed with how strong all the components are.
@ I miss my wrangler. Having a sweet I6 in one again may entice me back. But also prices need to come down and build quality needs to improve. Idk how but hopefully it can be figured out
MSRP notwithstanding, I love my 392 Wrangler! Best Jeep I’ve ever owned and I’ve been a Jeep owner/“builder” since the mid 70s. Out of the box, my dream Jeep. I LOVE the Hemi! Thanks for some great insight and thoughts.
You're not wrong, they are so much fun to drive! One of the few vehicles I have driven that I don't feel the urge to modify them, because they're so dang good already.
You nailed it Sky! I was looking at getting a new truck, but can’t justify the cost! Love the product but not enough to pay that, I priced out a built 1/2 ton truck lower spec than a Limited and it was $115 000…I could get a fully loaded longhorn sitting on the lot for less and didn’t have to wait for them to build it. In my mind a nice truck is $50 000…I don’t know how they can justify nearly 3 times that in some cases
They actually developed the Viper V10 from the LA/Magnum/318/360 engines. I absolutely love the Viper, but if I'm really honest, the only real mold-breaking aspect with the viper engine was two things: they made a 90 degree odd-fire V10 not self-destruct without offset crank pins (At the cost of sounding weird) and they also introduced the came-in-a-cam (Which was really just technology bought from Mechadyne). Dodge had a really difficult time making the V10 out of Aluminum also, and had to get Lamborghini involved (For the wee lads in here, yes, Chrysler was a major owner of Lamborghini in the late 80's or possibly early 90's I can't remember the exact dates). The Hemi does have an emissions problem though, because of the hemi shape, in order to get decent compression, they have to dome the pistons. Doing that makes a "quench area" quite large - an area where the flame kernel doesn't fully propagate, and then you have left over unburned fuel. That is partially why they have 2 spark plugs, to help burn it off. It's also why the 4th gen Hemi heads were less hemi-ish, and much closer to a wedge shape like other v8's.
@@The3chordwonder yep, well aware. Just seems like a lower cost path to a good V8. Already developed minus cutting 2 cylinders off. Maybe even drop the cam-in-cam and add the hemi VVT and MDS (if necessary) and roll with it. Similar to the evolution of G1 Hemi -> Poly -> LA, maybe use the G3 block for the most part and a new set of heads based on the Viper. Pushrod for cheap and compact, but should make gobs of power even NA.
The v10 was the same engine as the 3.9/ 5.2/5.9 magnum engines, with two more cylinders. Those engines were boat anchors. They made mediocre power for what they were. Sadly I owned a few of them. Those engines had so many flaws in its design, heads, intake, and exhaust setup, not to mention the transmissions and converters they used were subpar at best. It took some money to upgrade different things to that drivetrain to get it to work better and actually make some power.
@@jd440 You owned several Vipers? The Viper motors shared very little with the Magnum motors, even though it was based on them. Maybe the bore spacing? And the truck V10 wasn't the same motor either other than the SRT10 Rams. Last generation Viper made 645 HP, hardly mediocre power. Scaled down to 8 cylinders that's 516 HP, better than the 6.4 G3.
The LX platforms were the last new cars I was interested in, and at 6'4", the only non-truck vehicle I could fit in (other than the VW GTI, oddly...). There is literally nothing in production by ANY manufacturer that I would consider buying. And at today's prices, I doubt I will ever buy another new car. I have a 300 HEMI with about 70K miles, and a Scatpack Chally with under 20K. A '96 Cougar with the V8 is my daily, so it will be a long time before I replace either of the LX's. And when I do, I'll seek out a low mile used versions of both. Carvana has as many as you want, with 10 day return policies and 100 day bumper to bumper.
One more comment - my old Cougar will outlast anything built today. 90K miles, the mechanicals are in excellent condition and no rust. The miles left in that car exceed the usable life in any brand new car.
I’m not someone who would ever buy a small SUV, but I think compared to anything else similar it’s actually a decent looking vehicle. I think it’s like 30k when it should be 22k though.
I’ve been a Jeep guy for years. 2008 Wrangler with TIPM issues, 2014 Eco Diesel Grand Cherokee with oil cooler issues, 2012 Pentastar Grand Cherokee with rocker issues, head recall, and bad on/off button. 2005 Liberty with dropped valve seals, 2013 Wrangler with electrical issues, 2018 Hemi Grand Cherokee with radio leaking some fluid out of the radio making it useless. The only good one is the 1989 Comanche with 250k miles. Maybe I’ll trust the build quality of a brand new EV Charger from the same company😂
You owned all these vehicles, or citing internet forums? JFYI, almost all brands have these issues. Internet magnifies. No need to get scared or excited.
@ I still have the 2013 JKU, 2018 GC, and Comanche. I got rid of the others. It’s not a matter of being scared. I don’t want what they are selling at the asking price knowing the quality issues with no concept of even having a QC problem.
@@mattdevillier3547 The only thing that scary is the repeated opinions of those keyboard experts, who never work on their cars and echoing things they heard from their mechanics or what was on the invoice. Dodge is in a very DEEP hole right now. It may be too late to turn it around by the time they start making something decent it will be 5 to 7 years from now and that doesn't solve the problem the greedy dealers that have burned so many loyal customers they have gone on to buy something else.
Tavares (the man directly responsible tor all the horrible changes with MOPAR) designed a couple weeks ago, and Tim Kuniskis is back. MOPAR might bring back the HEMI and save itself.
The hurricane straight six is the hemi's replacement. Sadly the hemi is going away. I wish Dodge would have spent more time in the r&d department to make the driveline more efficient, and use different materials throughout the car to shave weight, and rotational mass.
Dodge needs to bring back the caravan on Pacific platform with sport cool looks, make a new neon thats reliable and affordable entry car for average people, make a dodge Dakota smaller truck, Chrysler needs a imperial
I agree with everything 100 percent. I think what would really help is if they brought the Dodge Attitude to the states. We need a new cheap shit box car.
They need to bring back V8s for all there products, scrap the Charger, bring out the Cuda, lower prices significantly, get rid of Stealerships that do markups/stealership add on to msrp prices. The end customer needs to actually see thee lower prices and the Stealerships are just as responsible for Stellantis issues as they were price gouging customers and turned me off completely from Stelantis
All the auto journalists are doing the marketing stuff for Dodge and it ain't working. The response is relentless and ruthless. Tavares screwed up. They should have updated the Hemi, like fixing the the lifter/oiling issues and even going to 4 valve heads, forged internals and better power/efficiency. Call it the Gen 4 Hemi. Too late now though. They dumped all their money into the hurricane, which while it makes more power, it's soulless. If I wanted an i6, I would get a BMW. The EV doesn't do it for me. I bought my 1320 for what it is: A retro muscle car with the v8 soul. That and there's no mistaking what it is in a sea of neutral colored SUVs with the charm of a 2 by 4.
The corporate world is full of clueless asshats. " let's make it illegal to not buy our garbage " which is the only way chrysler could sell a car now. 😂
The problem with (I'm just going to call it Chrysler) is that they are perpetually in a loop of new ownership and bad investments. They should have learned long ago from their bad partnerships. Honestly, they need another K-car. If they could come out with a line of affordable vehicles, even if they are boring, they would sell well. Do what Musk said he was going to do (But didn't) and make a bare bones, affordable EV. Don't get hung up on silly pop out door handles and 50" flat screens popping out of the dash. Make an honest man's 4 door (And 2 door coupe for that matter) that looks and drives like a normal car, and gets enough range to get back and forth from work at least 3 days in between a charge. And then price it under $30k. Engine wise, I think they should invest in aluminum blocks for their v8's, It is surprising to me that they still used cast iron but then tried to make up for all of the heft by giving it MDS to bring the mileage up. Poor circular engineering. Being what is likely cash strapped, the easy ticket would be an LS-style engine. The hemi is superior to flow for sure, but from a cost perspective, it is a more expensive engine to make with physically more mass in the cylinder heads, different sized pushrods, shaft style rocker arms, and thus forth. If I sound wrong here, I encourage people to look what Ford did with the Godzilla, taking a mediocre and fairly expensive 6.8 V-10 and more or less built a big, dumb, LS-clone which makes more power and probably costs them half as much to make. I think Chrysler and GM should be taking a page out of Ford's book on the Maverick. It's a cheap vehicle that is enough truck for most people, yet good enough on gas to pry people out of their 4-cyl crossovers...And in the process provide a clear path to bigger/more-expensive full/er sized trucks. Call it a Rampage or whatever, and build it out of the K-car replacement I mentioned above, then throw in a decent 2.0L 4cyl and charge $25k for it. And they would have a hard time keeping it on the lots. Jeep has SUVs all over the road map and they should simplify it also. When you are cash-strapped, you need to keep the chassis count, engine count, and trans counts low. Again, Iacocca was a genius with the K-Car in that regard. Dump some capitol into two chassis, a really, really good small car frame, and then a longer one to build mid sized cars, and crossovers. Then build a single truck frame for "true" pickups, and then build a full size (Not 7/8 size like the Durango) SUV so fleets can use them. Engine wise, heck they could take the hurricane and chop it down to a 5-cyl and 4-cyl like GM did with the Atlas engines. Would work "good enough" and so long as the engineering was properly done on the hurricane, then they should be decent powerplants. As for a V8, they could even stick with the inline 6, but stroke it to get more cubes out of it, like the legendary Ford 300 I6. Big, cheap, low speed, and not a lot to break. Win over fleet managers with something like that. It might not sound like a V8 for sure, but you can't realistically build muscle cars first, when you're cash-strapped. You build a few million Corolla's and Camry's before you start building LFA's and Supras :)
Can't they just bolt on direct injection on the HEMI, maybe have a reduced displacement option? Ford and GM's basic V8 architecture is not much newer than then Gen III HEMI.
In theory, they could, being as the Hemi has 2 spark plugs, they could yank one and then replace one with the DI. But there are other problems in that you need to design new pistons for DI (Look at most GDI engine pistons, they have a "bowl" in them to help mix the fuel and air...they look like diesel pistons in that regard). You also need a high pressure fuel pump, which all but necessitates a new camshaft and stronger timing set for the added force. Then the DI noise suppression foam crap under the engine cover to reduce the sewing machine sound. In return for all of that, you have to have a completely new fuel injection system. Worse, the particulate emissions are significantly worse with GDI engines, so in places like the EU, you need to fit particulate traps on gas engines (The Mustang for example has one). And particulate traps are very unreliable and expensive. On top of that, unless you do a dual system such as the gen 2 ecoboost, and the Lexus 3.5 engines, then you have horrible deposits on the backs of the intake valves. If you don't believe me about the particulate emissions, note how many DI-only powered vehicles "hide" the _real_ exhaust tip. It often dumps out a few inches in front of a fake tip built into the rear bumper. Done as a way to mix fresh air with the exhaust so the soot doesn't show up on the tip. If you find a car that doesn't do that (Such as a v6 Camaro or BMW...just 2 examples I can think of right now) the tips are extremely sooty. I cannot remember where I read it, but an engineer once said that the Hemi was never engineered for DI. I'm guessing that my list above is an over-generalization of what actually needs to be done to make it work correctly. Doing a smaller Hemi though should be easy to do, but inefficient on a specific output per pound of engine mass thing. Reducing the bore size is the easiest way, and doesn't give up as much torque, but then you run into valve size limitations which hurt horsepower. Casting a new crank and rods to bring the stroke down is a much better idea as it gives you longer rods, which is not a bad thing, and lets you keep big valves. But you do lose some low end torque because of it.
They didn’t go in on EV’s. They haven’t released anything and will be last to market. He simply milked the company during the COVID shortages. Cut costs, don’t invest in new stuff, take his profit margin bonus and parachute away. 😂
Honestly, the best thing at least Ram can if they want to go electric is go the way of Edison Motors. Put a small diesel engine in that acts as an on demand generator to support all wheel electric motors. They could easily generate the power all Ram owners are used to, it’s a great modern TRUE hybrid. Gas mileage would go way up for half tons and up by a huge amount, no reliance on the power grid, and the American truck moves on. Next bring the v8 back and maybe give it a big modern update that targets already k own issues. And finally. Fucking price them for the common working individual. Stop with the god damn price gouging of basic 1500’s in the $40k range. How about a base v8 model i. Thr $25ks. They won’t be able to keep them on the lot. But non of that will happen. Greed will always rule. So. My truck goes to Edison Motors when my numbers called.
Modern Diesels are absolutely terrible, they have emissions issues and everything else that goes along with it. Notoriously less reliable than a simple gas engine. You don't want a diesel hybrid, full stop. The shear weight of diesel engine/block + emissions crap etc, plus weight of electric crap, you just get one heavy POS that is unreliable. A small, simple, lightweight 4 cylinder gas engine without VVT and DI is all you need. The Ram charger has the right idea, the pentastar is not a perfect candidate but it is better than any diesel engine they could have come up with for this job. If we were living in the 90's yet and emissions were not a thing like they are today, a small diesel might have worked better then; today? Not a chance.
Sounds like the Ramcharger Dodge announced awhile ago. 3.6 ICE to power a generator with a 100 mile pure EV range and a total range of 600+ miles and over 600 HP.
@@JohnSmith-ev1sm id love to argue the point, but I’m no where smart enough to when it comes to this topic. What I do know is Edison Motors already did the research and built several semis this way and have a back log on order. They’re also now doing half tons, and again the question of gas vs diesel came up and with the use in mind, diesel is the way they went. That’s why I put it in my comment. Honestly it doesn’t matter what you use, if it’s only running when on demand, emissions should be far better than a vehicle relying 100% an engine for power. Again, no where smart enough to argue the point. But I will follow the examples of professionals.
@@blackwolfecc to be clear, I'm not against your idea, only saying that the OEM seems to have the same idea regardless of the fuel used. I do wonder what the new Charger would be like with a 3.6, gas tank and 1/10th the battery pack but the same EV motors. Maybe the same weight as the outgoing Charger but instant torque?
@@blackwolfecc You don't need to be smart, you just need to look at the absolute disaster of modern diesels. You buy them when you have no choice, if a gasser can do the same job it will cost you less and be far more reliable. It's not about hybrids (per se), it's about the terrible state of affairs when it comes to diesels these days. But yes, gas engines also have other advantages when it comes to hybrids, being very light weight is a strong point when a car/truck is already a bloated heavy pig just due to the battery and EV side of things. It's a poor match.
I think your off. I'm old, i have a gen 1 hemi with zoomies, a 440 ramcharger, challenger and other toys. Ill take a quiet car. i can just plug in any day. Especially one that looks so nice. If they could just make them affordable.
@@Vadim_Andr.And the fact the battery, once it's lived its life (8-10 years), is another 18-28000.00 to replace it. Would just be better to buy a used four cylinder car, you'll be way ahead of the curve..
The problem is in your own stars, the mass of vehicles in the next 5 to 10 years will all be BEV. SMG has a major problem it’s way beyond not having a V8 it it’s their poor quality of craftsmanship and design. The failure to use ISO 9001 or best practices. It’s the failure starting at the assembly line worker all the way up to the CEO. I love my classic Plymouth. But I also love my Tesla. You can do both if you can afford it of course. The writing is on the walls, change or die. I’ve seen the test drives of the new charger. It’s a pretty capable car. I don’t know how well it’s made. I don’t know how long the batteries will hold up. There’s a lot of unknown. I probably would not buy one of the first generation as we all know that turns out badly. Who would turn away from a 0 to 60 time in under three seconds a quarter mile in the tens more power than a hellcat almost as fast as the demon. With a decent range. Only problem I see is they did not adopt the North American charging standard. That was a bad decision. They are behind every other company. They waited till it was nearly too late to get started. End of story and it could be the end of the Dodge brand.
First Chrysler needs to be American owned again, and get some style back in the cars. Ram and Jeep look like they should but the cars especially the Charger look like they were designed by someone with NO imagination. I haven't liked the Chargers since the 60's, that new one looks like a kit car.
No EV’s for now. They are still not ready and I worry the Charger EV is going to give the company another black eye. It’s junk, there are reasons the reviews are so bad. It is seven months late coming and obviously it still is not ready for real world testing. V8 is were it is at, they made lots of money with them and the one idiot decided to change it against what customers wanted.
@adamg3911 my apologies, people have been coming across rather passive aggressive lately, implying that because I made a video saying i was leaving that i should never be making videos again, if this was not your meaning then again, I apologize.
@ After you announced that you were quitting YT, I unsubscribed. Not being able to see you finish your twin charged build was kinda a bummer. The other day YT suggested your new video on my feed and that’s when I asked about your status. It wasn’t passive aggressive.
@adamg3911 in that case, thank you for coming back, I did post a couple new videos on the twin charged Magnum since that original video, and I'm still going to make more since the car, while it does work well, still hasn't performed as well as I want it to.
Their main issue is the high prices. Who do they think they are? Mercedes or Porsche? People complain about phasing out the Hemi but there are still plenty of Hemi powered vehicles on the dealer lots. Why? The prices are insane. I think they do need to design a V8 replacement for the Hemi. The Hemi has its design issues and it is not a clean burning engine. The Hurricane I6 TT has promise, but we have yet to see it in a car. They have only put it into trucks. What is your impression of the Hurricane?
As far as Im concerned they realistically have three options or they’re doomed: 1. Bring back the Gen 3 Hemi to compliment the sewing machine 2. Make a Gen 4 Hemi that’s more powerful smaller and more fuel efficient than the Gen 3 Hemi 3. Make a straight eight version of the sewing machine as an actual successor to the Hemi If they don’t do any of these I don’t see them ever recovering but hopefully Tim does the right thing here.
It’s over for them and for all auto manufacturers of cool muscular V8 big body cars. It’s the demographics the generation times have changed. Maybe in about 30 to 40 years we could see something specially if we get into a World War III. But if it continues like this with all the online apps, social media and crypto, it will lead down to a generation that won’t ever even want to drive a car.
Money money money. It's not just Stellantis, its all of the brands these days. I have heard rumors that engineers at Ram have been working on moving from the Hemi to the Magnum family and working on a V8 and a V10 options for ram trucks. This is what the world needs. Not a EV truck.

@ I’m a believer in the Inline 6 engine in general, so I’m hoping they get some more attention. I hope they make their way into wranglers eventually.
@MichaelRadelet they would be foolish not to. I'm pretty sure it'll happen.
@ I miss my wrangler. Having a sweet I6 in one again may entice me back. But also prices need to come down and build quality needs to improve. Idk how but hopefully it can be figured out
Do you have any insight or information on the Hurricane powered Chargers???
Woah!!!!!!!!!!! You're back!
@ Love your channel and the detailed information you share.
$115k USED to be Supercar money...
They've been d bagging the company up pretty good since what? 2018 when they made all the diagnostic access proprietary?
I got a bypass harness to avoid that
I love the hemi, but I understood that one of the issues was emissions. Maybe a refresh of the Viper V10 in a V8 version would make some sense?
They just tell people that emissions are very harmful - that's their whole idea.
The miles left in that car exceed the usable life in any brand new car.
your next project should be put a 392 in a jeep wrangler. bet u could do it for less than half the price. would love to see it
I’m not someone who would ever buy a small SUV, but I think compared to anything else similar it’s actually a decent looking vehicle. I think it’s like 30k when it should be 22k though.
They need to bring back affordable models like the avanger/stratus to start
Why they didnt come out with a hemi and v6 version first and then bring electric was crazy stupid
I keep on seeing random ads that they're making a 2025 Challenger gas? Or is that just a hoax?
I've heard they are expediting the release of the hurricane powered charger for next year. We'll see if that happens or not.

FEV!!!
This was a really good video thank you
Dodge is in a very DEEP hole right now.
You and Stellantis are out of touch.......people like you are in charge of Dodge. You people have no clue to what the average man wants.
Hornet would sell decent if it was priced around 25k.
Bring back the 200 and 300.
Joining stellantis was a huge mistake, I hope they learned.
Well said 💯.!
I really like your channel and content, there is a saying, go woke, go broke
The corporate world is full of clueless asshats. " let's make it illegal to not buy our garbage " which is the only way chrysler could sell a car now. 😂
The market is flooded with small SUVs, so let's add another one to it.
EV Charger is the new Coke of Chargers. Hopefully they are big enough recover from a blunder like Coke did.
Can't they just bolt on direct injection on the HEMI, maybe have a reduced displacement option? Ford and GM's basic V8 architecture is not much newer than then Gen III HEMI.
People who use hemi don't need these puzzles.
No direct injection unless you have port injectors with it. I stay away from DI engines.
You look amazing with the beard
They didn’t go in on EV’s. They haven’t released anything and will be last to market. He simply milked the company during the COVID shortages. Cut costs, don’t invest in new stuff, take his profit margin bonus and parachute away. 😂
Do a 69/25 roadrunner

@@Vadim_Andr.And the fact the battery, once it's lived its life (8-10 years), is another 18-28000.00 to replace it.

The new charger is trash. Ill be keeping my 2005 magnum rt. There really isnt anything new that is appealing to me under 35000.00 anymore.
End of story and it could be the end of the Dodge brand.
so this is not the most expensive company, they are just watching the market - works it or not, plus the political situation.
The Charger is made in Canada. Now add 25% Trump's import tariff tax next year, and you are well over $100K
Bankruptcy!
Well you sure aren't helping get out any positive buzz.

@adamg3911 my apologies, people have been coming across rather passive aggressive lately, implying that because I made a video saying i was leaving that i should never be making videos again, if this was not your meaning then again, I apologize.

@adamg3911 in that case, thank you for coming back, I did post a couple new videos on the twin charged Magnum since that original video, and I'm still going to make more since the car, while it does work well, still hasn't performed as well as I want it to.
Hemi V8 or bust. Tavares is an idiot of the highest degree
As far as Im concerned they realistically have three options or they’re doomed:
1. Bring back the Gen 3 Hemi to compliment the sewing machine
2. Make a Gen 4 Hemi that’s more powerful smaller and more fuel efficient than the Gen 3 Hemi
3. Make a straight eight version of the sewing machine as an actual successor to the Hemi
If they don’t do any of these I don’t see them ever recovering but hopefully Tim does the right thing here.
