Annie Lennox has one of the most powerful female vocals I've ever heard. It doesn't matter what she sings, she always puts it out there and this song with David Gray is amazing. Love it.
my son's birthday...saw Annie in Vienna at the World AIDS Conference . Lyrics ring so true. I remember a red ribbon as tall as a Cathedral as the global March passed by while I filmed. Been to several and as beautiful as Annie Lennox is- that was the year I saw it all in a different light. It was a strange awful moment...watching the crowd roar as she began to sing. I left . She is a truly gifted beautiful lady but the spirit of the movement has lost its shine.
I forgot to say that the very mention of Annie Lennox you know that you will get the full ultimate power that her voice has to offer. And that comes from a place few artists possess, and then coupled with David Gray, Wow! Exhilarating!

I love it, but it seems a little bit like Annie is trying too hard to blend with David's voice, she is maybe trying to expand herself vocally, but I think it might have been better if she had sung more naturally. Obviously she is amazing though.
2 of my favourite singers coming together for a project. Unfortunately, this is really poor. I always listen to the music before the words....this is so formulaic - neither talent can save it. You wonder why such intelligent music people can't spot the obvious.

This song gets better everytime I hear it. This video is great...so crisp...and the comedy is great.
