      If you don't mind tu in this scenario, client or investor is more responsible. Basically it's Greed.
      We try to educate them, push them for research work. Ask for feasibilities, price and features comparisons etc.

    Naveed Bhai ye khushkhabrian jo shahid Qureshi ne di hain ye aik week se social media per chal rahi hain approx 90 percent. Bahria agar project ko kamyab karna chahta hai to effecties 61 62 63 ke masla ko hal kare jis ke liye na malik riyaz, ya shahid Qureshi bilkul koi soch nahien rahe. Bilkul aisa hai ke marz dil ka hai aur ilaj kidney ka kar rahe hain

    Log bhaag rahe hain wahan say, koi economy school chain nahi, utility/maintenance charges bohat high hain or main city say duur to hay hi BTK.
    Real estate market abhi 3-4 saal nahi chalne wali ooper say Malik k faruds ki wajah say BTK to filhaal bohat mushkil chale.

      Well , it's matter of opinions. 🤷🏻
      These kind of will be resolved in next two to three years. Cost always reduced when it comes in volumes.
      Like, education sector will be refined soon...a lot of things are going on soon.

      @@NaveedShahJee Bro management is not serious nor dealers of BTK. You can't fill BTK with elite class they have thousands of option/resources & only middleclass can fill this gape. An individual with a family member of 4-5 with average salary of 50k-100k can't survive in BTK due to extremely high school fee/transport/maintenance charges plus rapidly shift in policy of BTK management ( which is originally unmanaged or managed by **** )
