I think you boyfriend's been hiding a secret. But it might be for the best, your powers are out of control and perhaps maybe you accidentally harmed your own cards with your core-source of your power which was always with you even before you opened The Clow book.
I'm hoping for more story installments to the manga and a second season to the anime series with this arc. It feels that we just scratched the surface of what's going to be the climax and there's so much more story to tell, and cards to collect. I'd be disappointed if everything is resolved with just one or two more chapters from this point on. We might have to wait up to another half a year for an anime season, but I'll be okay with that, personally.
unfortunately there's been no announcement yet. and current global events are probably going to delay it to 2021 or even 2022 at the least. the manga is still running
@@apriltolentino You can buy the manga digitally on www.comixology.com/ 1.99 per chapter. They release the english the same day the Japanese chapter releases, around the first of each month
amistad91 in the previous chapters both kero and yue are not able to contact eriol since someone (Kaito) is preventing them from having conversation with each other as they are all both guardians of sakura. LI was able to reach him since he was out of the circle in sakura cards. Eriol needs to use his powers as his only way to communicate with the guardians thus resulting to breaking Kaito's clock based on the manga series.
In my opinion, Clow Reed created the Clow Cards and became the most powerful magician. The Clow Cards was transformed into Sakura Cards when drawn them by the power of Sakura's very own star. And now she's creating new cards with the power of dreams. So at some point, Sakura's power is getting stronger that she can even create her "new own Clear Cards" just like Clow Reed and that even her power can surpass of that of Clow Reed in such a young age. Does that make sense. Because that's the thing that I can see in the story. Sakura still had an access to her former power(Star), and now she's having a new power growing day by day. I hope things will be clear in the next season.
The Clow Cards are only scratching the surface of his powers. Clow is so powerful that a momentary accidental thought of his almost destroyed a the whole multiverse (and yes, that includes the CCS universe as well).
And the anime gets abandoned right before adapting the following chapters past 24. And without a pre-announced sequel. If you wanna continue, please read the manga version. That's all.
Based on my opinion, i think Kaito is using Sakura to help him refine the said artifact (magic) he stole to use it on his own since he has no ability to refine it. He uses the 'new cards' in order to train Sakura to become more powerful enough to refine the item for him. Thus, her guardians become worried because her powers become more stronger in such a young age. And i guess Akiho's purpose was to use the artifact (once it refine) to use the new power since maybe shes the only one who can use the power and give it to Kaito. Well, thats just a presumtive guess but im hoping the story will be well explain for us soon XD
i think you forgot something when Sakura grandfather gave her a now key the key of dreams i think will she be using this new key and mimic her new power or will it have something more thats what i want to see in the next chapter
I need a series extension, the buildup is too long and I don’t see how a 2 episode resolution to the story can be satisfactory for both magical plot and personal relationships, because Akiho is directly accepted by the regular life of Sakura’s social circle...I’m concerned to say the least.
I know that was my feeling finding out that last episode (19) was a filler episode. Seriously with only a few episodes left you're really going to try and cram a finale into what's really more like 2 episodes? Episode 20 is probably going to do all the stuff from the house and the Eriol plot all in one shot, and then what? Maybe a movie?
I'm thinking there is going to be a cliffhanger until next season (if there is one) or they are going to finish the series in a movie. But who knows? We will just have to wait and see.
I agree, I do not think this is the all there is to the clear card arc. I'm highly expecting another volume of clear card chapters and another season of the anime.

I recall that Sakura references the Sakura Cards in Tsubasa when she gives the star wand to Clone Sakura so I guess the cards are okay. I’m really wondering what’s going to happen in the end since aside from Sakura coming out of this alive; will Akiho make it out alive or be removed out of the memories of everyone like Yuko was? What’s the deal with Momo, and will Sakura and friends be forced to kill Kaito?
I'm really hoping that all of that stuff stays out of Sakura's universe. Sakura existed long before their shared universe cluster and I feel they're writing this Manga with that mentality in mind. The Sakura in Tsubasa/holic that gave up her wand was probably a Sakura from another timeline and not related to this one. After all that moment was written years before they'd conceived of coming back to this series. CLAMP are no so complex that they're weaving the threads years in advance ;)
CCYamato I don’t see them pulling anything Tsubasa related in, but right now I’m viewing the moment as a “things are going to be okay for Sakura.” Plus how can CLAMP give CCS a sad ending of any kind?
Oh precisely, the ending hopefully won't be bitter sweet like the original (where Syaoran has to go home). I hope I'm wrong about Akiho and that she isn't some sort of construct that will disappear at the end of the series. I want her to have a normal happy life post series.
@@ccyamato Sorry to disappoint you but there is only one Clow Reed, hence only one deck of Clow (later Sakura) cards and the CCS Sakura is unique among the other Sakuras. So yes, the CCS Sakura will give away her wand.
Hmmm, the artwork is amazing just like usual coming from CLAMP, but reading the new CCS makes me feel sad the way I felt towards Tsubasa. That whole misfortunes shits. That whole sad things. Crap. At least Tsubasa was supposed to be that way. I didn't remember I was this depressed reading the original CCS. Seems like Syaoran forgets that this is CCS and not Tsubasa where he needed to protect Sakura and traded her happiness with his own, every single time. Sigh. Well, maybe it's a sign that I'm just growing too old for this.
I agree. Somehow .. with the spoiler of the last new card "PROMISE" , makes me feel that sakura and syaoran will be separate,... this is not a happy ending..
Luckily someone that agrees with me 😪 The moment I realized that Clear Card Arc had literally nothing important to add to the original storyline aside from its very poor entertainment value, it was finally clear (🙄) to me that they would only be giving the audience runarounds until they very much lose track of how many 0s are in their bank account thanks to merchandise sells. I'm very very disappointed with the path the creators choose to take this time.
While I agree the Clear Cards is largely a retread of the original, I also admit I am shamelessly adding to those zeros in their bank account. I love some of the new stuff, plus as a fan who never had any merch to buy the first time around because conventions were far away and the series wasn't popular here, I'm enjoying my time. I'm still holding out for some of these decisions to have a good payoff.
I'm not a huge fan of the merchs, you know. I buy the mangas, osts and stuff, but what matters the most to me is the story, the plot itself. I do care about it. Stories just like the ones found in the original series in which there was something actually interesting happening. Something to be excited about during the next 24 hours while waiting for the next chapter to air. Something to truly care for. Then you could say to me to easily forget about this running show and stick alone to the classic one, but where its prestige of years would lie? I mean, I've always been happy to say I like CCS and be proud to have a all-time favorite show to recommend without any exceptions to others, but now every new Saturday, I felt that there was less of it left.
I would liken it to the old Star Wars movies. It's not necessarily about the story, it's about the experience. The time you spend with these characters and taking a glimpse into their lovely little world. To me the purity, kind heartedness and simplicity is what I love most about the series. Plus the looks and aesthetics of the characters, their clothes, even the little things like Sakura's accessories. there's a lot of creativity and care put into the show to make a beautiful little world, and for some people who are into it there's a lot of open ended stuff that you're able to fill in on your own, like all the family back stories we'll never see.
Nice arguments. You could easily be an attorney, dude. ahahaha But, hey. I understand that it's about the experience. I also understand your point about the light-hearted moments, etc. but all the success the series achieved in the past it was thanks to the whole set of factors which included the so called action sequences and the mysterious whodunnits (or whydonnits 👀). Every of these aspects are part of the whole / the experience (as you pointed). So you can't remove some important topics from a remarkable work and wait that it will repeat the previous success or that people won't criticize. See The Walking Dead lately. Just my point of view, but I totally get yours also.
I respect that, All the parts matter for consideration. It's up to you which you put more emphasis on and just like a delicious cookie, I'm willing to ignore the last of healthy substance in this series for the sugary sweet moments.
