Ministry Leader,
People are the world’s most valuable resource. Every wonderful contribution to enhance our life and our culture has come through a person or a group of people. God gives people special gifts but it’s our responsibility to allow those gifts to be developed for His intended use.
As leaders, when we make our spiritual & leadership growth a priority, larger spheres of influence are impacted. Which is why David said “enlarge my heart” Why? So he could run the course of Gods commandments. It takes an enlarging (a growing) to be able to run the course God has set before us.
