Well Monkey, you raise a good point. I think that only the first $250,000 is insured, if your bank or CU folds, and people don't talk about it. But, you seem nervous and talk fast. It's hard to watch a video when the host is nervous. I don't have to worry too much about that, because I don't have that much money.

Hey thanks for kind words, first name is Jay. For $500k heloc I know of only 2 places that have served up that size and have good rates (there are probably many banks you could go with), I like the "smaller banks" $250B or less for best rates, so NFCU or Synovus I would suggest, again think you could find some great rates at CUs and "smaller" banks in general.
Can you rank these Credit Unions in order for me, please? Navy Federal Credit Union, Belco Credit Union, Security Service Federal Credit Union.. I have an account with all 3 but want to only have one to bank with. Thank you
truity credit union is garbage. incompetent, desperate, childish, basic, and sad all around. they do have the funniest reviews because former customers tell funny stories about their "management". :)
next time put your recommendations in a list. theres a million videos like this im not sifting through your video again to find the banks. organize your video better.
Mr. D.... Is that short for Dumb? Every single "word" of explanation he has given in this video has been incredibly helpful, informative and... FREE. He has offered so much value, and helped so many people! What have YOU offered of value? "Nothing". Just rudeness. Selfishness. ...and you actually had to put "effort" into taking the time to make a comment just to be rude. (?) What a waste of life. In the end, you're the one who actually said too much. We all would have been better off if you had just said "nothing". I "hate" rudeness. HATE it. What you just did, feels to me the same as when you're driving a nice area with trees, clean streets and sidewalks, and you see someone just throw their trash out the window and litter all over the ground. A big McDonald's bag, with cups and straws and napkins flying out everywhere. (No care whatsoever about how what they do effects anyone else.) It's even worse when you see trash being thrown out where there had "previously" been, "no litter" there. Just cleanliness, pleasantness, and good feeling. Just now we had something of "QUALITY" given to us, with all good and grateful comments to follow. Then all on your own, you decide to just... "litter it up". Is this really who you want to be in your life? Someone who just brings trash, and ugliness? Someone with nothing positive to offer? Just hurt, damage, negativity, and rudeness? I don't know what kind of world you came out of, how you grew up or what was dealt to you. But you get that you have choices now right? You get to create things. Create your life. Create how you're going to be in the world and wether that's going to be someone of value who contributes to the happiness and well-being of himself and everyone around him.... OR "not". Why be deplorable? Why be so selfish?
