It took me 5 years to get the perisan restaurant and I am still glad to have it in my collection as along with the detectives office and palace cinema both of which I have palace cinema I got off ebay in 2020 those are still my top 3 favorite sets for modulars in my whole collection. Personally, the builds of past ones since the diner have been boring to me or have only had 1 to 2 challenging parts to the whole set, not the entire set being a challenge which is what I Personally look for in modulars.
I need Lego to bring back retired modulars.
