This bread/rotti is very delicious . You can try with your favourite curry or chutney.
But I prefer you to try with different flour that is suitable for your health, like with atta, whole wheat flour so on..
And also fill rolled rotti with vegetable and cheese fillings with sauce.
Do your regular exercise to burn calories 😉 and drink a cup of healthy herbal drink regularly.

Ingredients
All purpose flour 3 cups(360g)
Water 170ml - 180ml(change according to the quality of flour)
Salt 3/4tsp
Butter/oil 4-6tbsp
Tips for best results ;
*Add water little by little and mix flour.
*Once you finish adding water, kneed at least 15-20 seconds. If the dough is not soft add 1tbsb of water and kneed. Do the process till it gets soft.
Donot worry. Try. You can.
ඉතා රසවත් මෙය, තමන් කැමති විදියට රස විඳින්න.මෙය තවත් රසවත් වීමට රොටිය බැදගෙන එනවිට රොටිය දෙපැත්තෙ තෙල් හෝ බටර් ටිකක් තවරා ඉක්මනින් ලිපෙන් ඉවතට ගන්න.
*තවත් ක්‍රිස්පි වීමටනම්, තෙල් තවරා රෝල්කර ගෙන කපාගත් පිටි මිශ්‍රණයේ කොටස් පැයක් හෝ පැය කිහිපයක් වසා පසුව රොටි සකසා ගන්න.
*රොටිය සැකසීමේ දී පොඩි නොකර ද සාදා ගතහැකි. රස වෙනස් නොවේ.
ප්‍රමාණ අවශ්‍ය වන්නේ නැත. නමුත් මම යොදාගත් ප්‍රමාණය:
පාන් පිටි ග්‍රෑම් 360
වතුර මි. ලී. 170-180 අතර (මෙම ප්‍රමාණය මදිනම් මේස හැඳි එකක්දමා
හොඳින් අනන්න. මෙලෙස හැන්දෙන් වතුර එක්කර ගන්න.
පාන්පිටි වෙනුවට තන්තු බහුල පිටි
වර්ග යොදා ගන්න. සෑම විටම ව්‍යායාම් වල යෙදෙන්න.
රොටි වලට බටර් සහ ජෑම්, මාමයිට්
මෙන්ම සිහින්ව ලියාගත් අමු එළවළු, මයොනිස් හෝ චීස්, සෝස් ද දමා රෝල් කර ද ආහාරයට ගැනීම හැක. ඔබ කැමති ආකාරයට සකස් කර ගන්න.
දිනපතා ඔෟෂදිය පානයක් රස විඳින්න.
