Do y’all follow Polaris’ ridiculous wheel lug torque spec?

The overall consensus is that polaris mixed up the torque specs on the axle spindle nut and lug nuts in the manual.
Spindle nut should be the higher number and lug nuts should be 88 ft/lbs.

I believe the inside bolts are a one time use bolt but you reused the stock hardware. What is the torque on the inside bolts?

You could be correct but we have used ours quite a bit with no issues. The torque spec is 100 ft lbs
