Playing all the instruments to "You Shook Me All Night Long" by AC/DC may not be overly difficult, but capturing the energy of Angus Young is a whole different ballgame! I can almost nail his guitar licks, but playing them while doing his Duck Walk is far easier said than done. I could never do Angus proper justice, but it was fun dressing up in his schoolboy outfit and rockin' out to one of the greatest rock and roll songs of all time.

"You Shook Me All Night Long" is a song by Australian hard rock band AC/DC, from the album Back in Black. The song also reappeared on their later album Who Made Who. It is AC/DC's first single with Brian Johnson as the lead singer, replacing Bon Scott who died of alcohol poisoning in February 1980. It reached number 35 on the USA's Hot 100 pop singles chart in 1980.
In January 2018, as part of Triple M's "Ozzest 100", the 'most Australian' songs of all time, "You Shook Me All Night Long" was ranked number 63.
"You Shook Me All Night Long" placed at number 10 on VH1's list of "The 100 Greatest Songs of the 80s". It was also number 1 on VH1's "Top Ten AC/DC Songs". Guitar World placed "You Shook Me All Night Long" at number 80 on their "100 Greatest Guitar Solos" list. In 2021, it was ranked at No. 287 on Rolling Stone's "Top 500 Greatest Songs of All Time."

Thanks Mike!🙏 Actually, the first take of my guitar solo may have been TOO "spot on" (I'm flattered! haha), as it caused this cover to be blocked worldwide! I had to punch in a 2nd take (OK, 4th take!🤗), which managed to skirt the Content ID system.😮‍💨

Thanks so much! Pretty basic on this one... Blackstar ID Core 40 set on the middle crunch tone, gain to 5, volume to 7, ISF to British side, USB out to computer with some tweaking in Logic. For the solo, I did kick in an overdrive pedal for some added boost. Keep on rockin'! 🤘
