You raise a LOT of good points, but honestly? I think Piggy Intercity could be FINE. Why I think like this? It's because of youtubers. RUclipsrs like Flamingo...(PGHLfils), Kreekcraft could boost up Piggy Intercity's popularity. (DO NOT READ THIS IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT BFDI IS)I think this way because ever since Kreecraft watched TPOT 13, Donut just got a raise in popularity. (Due to Kreekcraft commentating a few lines about him) Also, there is DEFFINITLY going to be trailers for Intercity, no doubt. That could create the hype for a FEW weeks (3/4 at most). So I think Intercity will do OKAY.
Yes, it just depends on how the game goes and if its replayability holds up. Also PGHL isn’t apart of the community no more because of the drama that happened.
