She works extremely hard but when you don't know how to work with non-dancers theirs only so much you can grow.

Vdetta Ahi Have you heard Normani's solo covers because her voice is killer and you really see how under used and underutilised vocally. She's actually a lot stronger vocally than some of the other girls (I won't say who). Her voice is incredible and I hope we really see that in 5h3 because many of you keep underestimating her.
Vdetta Ahi Okay I didn't say her voice is better, that is a matter of opinion but in terms of certain things Normani's voice had been the most consistent. I don't like to rank the girls but they all have great points and weak points. Out of the current four members I would not say one is better than the other. They all have different strengths so it's hard to accurately compare. in terms of techniques Dinah, Normani and Ally have the best technique. Lauren sings from her throat a lot and you can hear it in their songs and I don't think her voice has the strength it used to but the richness of her tone is gorgeous when she stays in her lower register. Ally has great belting power and breath control but can be a little sharp at times. Dinah has the best vocal technique without a doubt but her lower register could be worked on and I think due to asthma when she dances and sings she does have a tenancy to sound a little out of breath. Normani has a gorgeous bluesy crooning voice that doesn't get used much because of the style of songs they sing she has an Aaliyah mixed with Brandy vibe in that she has a beautiful upper range and a gorgeous lower range. The problem is she doesn't always sound comfortable singing in between them and if not careful she could sound flat but I have noticed that far less with her. As I said they all have strengths and weaknesses Andy intention is not to establish a ranking order because I love and support them all. I look forward to seeing what 5h3 brings and I hope it really utilities their strengths and draws out more from them.
