@@blake9668 Well it doesn't show it on this news clip but if you watch the longer /full version he talks about how he was staying at the Hilton Grand vacations which is in Waikiki and then he drove over to Waipio valley. (Unless there's a Hilton Grand vacation on the Big Island?....) Also his video was titled "The Mayor of Honolulu owes me an apology".

@@blake9668 Well, I guess there is a Hilton Grand Vacations in Waikoloa but either way it's a ridiculous story. He was talking about using the Waipio Access Road but I believe that's just a road in and out of the valley so there's no reason he would be traveling on that road unless one was traveling to the valley specifically. But of course the whole thing is just a made up story. Pretty funny though nonetheless.
