Great video but I have a question. I screenshot the 3 colors and desaturate it in Photoshop. Green is the lightest, blue the darkest. So they should not be the same on a Lightmeter.
This is great for the video - nothing to test audio though, which I would have thought was just as important - I can't even find out if Tomorrowland is streaming in stereo or 5.1 Dolby Digital, or DTX or....
Well the actual festival probably will be - you need to be able to pick stages at the very least - this video is just to test that you can display streamed video well
Is this by any chance an alternative to the Spyder monitor calibrator? Currently using Mac OS X's screen calibrator, but am unsure if the results are legit. Any help on this would be great. Thanks.
this barely makes any sense. "set your contrast to a level where as many bars as possible are flashig". i'm looking at a white screen with "reference white" text, what bars are you guys talking about
@@mundefned7568 It specifies "without image discoloration". What does that mean? I can lower the contrast very low on my projector to the point where almost every bar from left to right of the screen is flashing. But when I watch the video on, say, my iPhone none of the bars past "reference white" are flashing. So I'm unsure which is correct.
@@aladd04I believe it means lowering the contrast to the point where the background is no longer white. I lowered mine all the way the background became grey, so I take it as that.

It helped me to calibrate the brightness and contrast of my monitor. Thanks! ;)
This is for projector bruh
Tomorrowland people - who else thought it would be a virtual festival inside a game engine, but instead it's just a video???

contrast setting makes no sense. it’s black and white. how’s it going to discolor anything?
Some projectors color temperature will shift at very high or low output levels.

There are flashing bars on the far left side of the screen
