- A common issue when replacing an existing subfloor in a bathroom is not having support under the entry door and other areas. Knowing the additional work that is involved will allow you to estimate the time it will take & what to charge 👊 😄😊

Nice tip , love it.
Good job 😮
Good info. Thanks.
Question: For remodel in an avg size room w/ a tub-shwr with tile surround, should the floor(ing) go in before walls? Or is it just the subfloor that matters? Sorry if that is a dumb question! I know you went over this before but I just can’t remember which videos! Pretty sure that is correct, but thought I might double check. Thanks so much for your great content. Been watching for years.
Why was or would the subfloor replaced?
Too many patch areas, plus I was installing a curbless shower 👍
