A minha o display fica todo escuro e não se ver nada.

Hello Shivam, I have the exact same problem as is this video, but with the Brother MFC-J497DW. I tried following all the steps, I even saw the white cable, but was unable to take a part off to have full acces to the cable and clean it. Would you please help me?
