I agree with all this and i realised these factors this year in a debate competition. Everything was good but the day before, I had 6 hrs of sleep as well as I learned about the topic quite a lot times. My brain remembers Everything in one attempt and if I put pressure on it, everything i studied is forgotten. I even forgot my name at the time of the contest 😅.

I am a average student and I got 94.95% in class 9th and in last days from my examination I used to study topics from different websites or you can say different source to gather the information that I missed during revision and while studying chapter and it helps a lot and Studying from different sources is far better than not studying.
