It's a massive relief that the child in the third story escaped the situation and that that evil man is behind bars. I'm so glad the person who submitted the story took action.
Also, if we assume that the child was most likely using morse code, it's even scarier that no one picked up on it...

Kudos and credit by the number to that single mom for photographing Ted’s note(with his phone number in it at that!) and sending it to the authorities! Seems that’s exactly what they did-warned him that if he contacted her again, he’d be arrested.
Idk..A mom kissing a strange mom in front of their child…he was barely creepier than she was for entertaining that AND participating smh I couldn’t imagine doing that at all let alone in front of my child smh she brought the brunt of that upon herself by putting her lips on him by choice smh that upset me. I’ll just call it a poor lapse of judgement, but…
That kid from Story 3 is a genius! He was able to turn the tables on that psycho by coming up with a very smart way to alert the neighbors to what was going on. Truly an amazing tale of a child outsmarting an adult through creativity and bravery.

Amen to THAT!!! The absolute NERVE of that Ted; what a sick, perverted thing to do!!! He sees a complete stranger, a woman whose acquaintance he’s NEVER even MET(doesn’t even know her NAME!) and yet, after finding out where she lives, he has the absolute effrontery to leave a note on her door asking her for a date! How stark raving CREEPY!!! But of course there are indeed such weirdos out there!!!

Honestly glad that kid in 3 was saved. Good on that kid for the smarts to alert the neighbors but I also need to give props to the guy for immediately calling the cops. To many stories of people out there who decide they don't want to get involved.

Last kid was a genius
The first story was great. Having a creepy Santa Claus is truly suitable. But the 3rd one was even better. A kid was able to outsmart a psycho! And it’s great that the kid finally is free. Mr nightmare is the best horror story channel!

Yeah no kidding! When I was that age I didn’t know anything about fuse boxes (which is what I’m assuming the kidnapped boy was using to flicker the lights outside) at that age!

I just remembered a Christmas eve incident. My brother was under the influence and kept telling my mom, sister, and I that people were after him and they were gonna come for him. We all thought it was him being drunk and high. At one point that night I heard noises outside and nearly opened the door. I'm glad I didn't because it turns out that a group of guys did go and break into our garage. My brother fought them off and passed out on the floor with a busted nose.
I gotta say, that boy in story 3, he is one smart guy. Finding a way to Hotwire or program the Christmas lights as a makeshift call for help. Then the story's protagonist comes by and the kid screams for help, alerting them to what is happening, calling the cops, and it all leads to a police rescue. Hope the kiddo is alright now.

One of the things I love about Mr. Nightmare is he narrates true horror stories of what to NOT DO in dangerous and scary situations such as camping alone and how to use dating apps.

I can understand why to a certain extent, but please remember the origins of AI-generative art. Please remember that it steals from artists without their consent in order to create the baseline for their generated images.
