    (c)1989 WTVZ-Sinclair Broadcast Group
This group of commercials was taken from a May 1989 airing of the Star Trek episode "Bread and Circuses" taped from Norfolk's then-FOX (later WB, currently MyNetwork) affiliate WTVZ-TV 33
    COMMERCIALS
    1. WTVZ promo (Harborfest Beach Party Weekend)
    2. Cheerios (Oat Bran)
    3. Charlie Falk Auto (Sell-a-Thon)
    4. Slice (a parody of the recently-launched Energizer Bunny commercials; itself a spoof of Duracell's own bunnies airing outside the States)
    5. Dr Pepper (behold the power of lame pick-up lines on a cruise ship)
    6. Havoline (pretty impressive CGI for 1989)
    7. Quality Homes
    8. Kings Dominion ($3 off coupons from Food Lion)
    9. Food Lion ($3 off coupons to Kings Dominion/Tom E. Smith's fishing trip doesn't go according to plan)
    10. Sunkist (Drinkin' in the Sun)
    11. 20/20 Eyecare
    12. Movie promo (Dead Poets Society; 1989 Touchstone film starring Robin Williams as a quirky college professor)

The irony of that Slice commercial is that Sprite and 7up are still around, whereas Slice was replaced by Sierra Mist by the 2000's.

And Sierra Mist gave way to Starry about a year ago. 😆
