Nice one very venturesome of you .If decent women were allowed in Public Houses I would buy you a Sherry .Of course the Snug is a little room with a serving hatch to the bar where a lady could sit without being seen by the men at the bar .The older traditional pubs where I live still have Snugs and older women still use them while waiting for the bus home with the shopping .
