One of the greatest opportunities I've ever had is volunteering with the US Paralympic sailing team. I got to meet people from all over the world with many different physical challenges. I found these people were more whole in mind, body and spirit than I'll ever be. They taught me that a physical disability isn't a reason not to do something or try something new, the disability is the reason to stretch their limits as far as they could. I'm so amazed by the wonderful people I met and sailed with and feel so honored that I got the chance to spend time with them. They all taught me so much about being human and about being accepting of one another.

Dustin's story touches so many people who've been uplifted from working with him or around him at Pepsico. Heartwarming story.
