Thanks for this - Port Aventura was on my list for when my two kids get a bit older - however, watching this has made me think about doing it sooner. Looks like you all had a great time.
Definitely recommend, lots to keep them entertained at portadventura and the waterpark is great, the beaches in salou are lovely, little play areas dotted about, our little one loved it
@robbielee6332 Salou is a really nice place, the beach is brilliant as it has beautiful clean, soft sand and has small play areas dotted on the beach all the way along, there's some really nice places to eat too, however we stayed at Sanguli Resort so within that resort we had 5 pools to choose from with slides etc, play areas, entertainment and things like that, so we didn't really explore most of salou unfortunately, what I would say is its fairly quiet on an evening, like if you compare it to places like tenerife, or most other holiday resorts it's not as lively, but with smaller kids that might not be a bad thing, there is another watwrparl called aquopolis that's really good for smaller kids apparently but at the time of our visit it wasn't open for the season yet, so I would do a bit more research before you decide, sorry I couldn't help any more, if we went again then we would be more interested in seeing the local area more
