It's a rarity to find a cyclist prepared to build their own wheels. Including you and me, I only know of three people amongst a large number of cyclists that do. It's very satisfying, and allows you that extra level of granularity when specifying components for your bike. My initial fear was understanding how to get the right length spokes but I found an on-line calculator and haven't looked back since. I must get myself a Park Tool stand one day. I should build the cost into the very next wheel I build instead of using tie-wraps and a dab of white paint (again). I mean, the tie-wraps work but it's a bit of a faff and I'm sure I'd get to the end result quicker with the right kit.

All the elements for a world tourer also a 1x11 sensah groupest cranks and BB £75
Good tip on using different coloured grease. I was also going to suggest Ali Clarkson's video, I found it very useful 😀
