CRL windows are configured to fit within the Sprinter Vans OEM stamping and provide a customized OEM look. This great feature eliminates the time consuming efforts of laying out where the window will be installed. Just line it up to cut, starting on the upper inner dimple and follow along the OEM stamping. T-Vent has a T-Handle to open the glass like a canopy to allow air flow, the Vent features a detachable screen.

Is there any link how to service to adjust the T handles? My 2016 has 2 windows that not completely closed when close. The T handles are kinda loose. Thanks in advance.

There is not really adjustment to the window. Take the T-Handle off and look at the back side it will have grooves that meet up to the gear box spine. Since the handle is all plastic the grooves/teeth can get ground down. If the handle is fine might be the gear box as it another common item to go out over time. You can do this by wrapping a cloth around spine of gearbox and spinning with a plier. If it functions well then narrowed down to just the handle, if it is still loose and not closing tightly most likely gearbox failure. Repoalcment parts are available on our website. @@vanwindowsdirect1261 Thank you very much for the response. I believe the gear box is fail. Should I take a picture of the gear box to check with you guys for correct replacement part? My van is 2016 Winnebago ERA, the T handle is center of the window, it's different from the one showing here. Thanks
