In it Agent 4 from Splatoon 2 faces an elite octoling as he tries and fails to retrieve a zapfish. Tons of custom animations by me and music by @RainbowSoap

Edit: Just looked at someone who made a video on it, it has it now that takes out 99% of your HP if you get distracted

I had to change from Hard to Normal because of it, you can mess up only once during those parts and it happens 3 times, two of them right after each other, Im currently very upset

Pretty sure it’s agent 3 considering the fact that marina is in the background and we know she left octo valley after splatoon 1’s campaign
@@Mangle1218 not that it clears anything up, but I think that's Eight. I called him Four because that's definitely the Octo Canyon uniform, not the microbudget visibility vest and cape from the first game.

Agent 4 talking out of his as to save his own life is halarius and fitting for the characters
What would be fitting for the characters is 4 grabbing another gun or running away and coming back to murder the enemy
Yknow, I was wondering what that interlude was for. I really love what you did with it, especially since you synced most of it with the music. It's just so much more fun than leaving it as a static calm dip in the song.
Funfact, the mechanics and animations were based on the song rather than the other way around. :^)
I don't know what Soap's thinking was, but I rolled with it.

The music was boppin and I loved the smooth and extra animation of her twirling and flexing :lulfry Also nice touch of increasing the crowd in the background too! :starstruck

Well Octolings usually look like Squid-kids (did I get that right?) And were kinda based off their look.
@@r0ad_killer758 that’s true since if was more similar a lot of people would’ve caught on stormy wise
@@r0ad_killer758 actually it’s the other way around, Octolings were the original playable characters but were replaced by squids because you can see where inklings are going easier
@@Null82085 Yeah they tried to make Octolings first but it didn't work out well so they went with the Inklings.
Now that is how you do an Octoling FNF mod! Ties in well with the agent missions and it’s a great bop to boot. Props to you!
Oh, and to anyone who picked up the Inkantation reference at 2:06, sharp ears!

The pure aura of sass in Elite is incredibly intimidating
As a huge Splatoon fan and nerd, I've seen this about 20+ times since it appeared on my recommendation WITH Ads. It may not be much but is something. For reals tho, the music, animation, colors AND my favorite character from the whole series, the original octolings. You've done them more justice in this mod in so many ways.
The inkling mixing must've taken an ungodly amount of time, that's impressive
The context in certain sections where it's like "She's gonna shoot you if you mess up" feels so much more satisfying than if it was like Dodge notes in other mods even though they have the same outcome

I keep coming back to watch this again and I cant state how much I love the shift from
"Ok let's see if you won't bore me half to death" in the first song to "Alright, if you want a show, I'll give yall a frilling show." In the second song.
Like I don't think there's any vibe that fits her show-off moment in the interlude better and I cant get enough of it.
Also when she just flexes in the middle of that bit brain go BRRRRRRR. It's just great.
This mod is perfect for making sure the Splatoon 3 hype doesn't die out

I love the octoling in this mod so much! She's very cute and definitely has an aura of sass/confidence to her. Combined with the sound design, how the other characters are designed, and enjoyable songs, this is definitely one of my favorite FNF mods!

This is no joke one of the best fnf mods I’ve seen, my only complaint is that I wish the characters were a little bit closer together. But holy heck this is amazing, and yeah my opinion is probably biased since I love splatoon but seriously, great track, vocals, art, animation, story, everything. Massive props to you and soap

After playing this through myself, I gotta say, this easily became my favorite mod thus far. I love the attention to detail and care put into this mod. Seriously well done.
