Honestly I’ve seen the growth in you since your relationship with God got stronger and you started documenting. It’s really encouraging. I also like how you don’t try to glamorize this journey as it’s going to have hard times for sure. This is showing me I got a long way to go on my own personal walk which I’ve been avoiding. I pray God uses you to touch the lives of others who are still on the fence. Lastly there’s nothing stronger than a God centered relationship between a couple. It’s just the right foundation and I’m not settling for anything less.
Ask God why are you avoiding, sometimes it seems so far but He’s right there with us.

@potterylyd Hey I know the question was directed to Praise but I felt led to answer as well. Come as you are to God the goal is not heterosexuality but holiness. Think about when you take a shower you don’t clean yourself first then step into the shower. The shower is met to cleanse you it’s the same concept when it comes to coming to God. Come as you are and God will transform you. Yes being a lesbian is a sin but so is lying, stealing, gossiping, sex before marriage, lust, etc. meaning we all need God and no sin is greater than the other. Lay everything as Gods feet, come with an open mind and heart, lean not on your own understanding and feelings, and repent even if u constantly mess up but the goal is aiming to one day be free. God will do the rest through your desire to know Him and get closer to Him. This is why we all have our own personal relationship with God. Hope that helps love! By the way this is coming from a girl who also struggles with her own sexuality so I’m speaking through what God has and is doing for me!

i love your stuff praise always have. now i am a lesbian and i’ve never really believed in God and i think i’m defensive about it because i’ve heard from others and people that you shouldn’t or can’t be gay. now i’ve been questioning what i believe in recently, watching different things, i tried talking with God a few times, i’ve been praying here and there. but again in the back of my mind just questioning if i can even do this if i’m gay, if i’m accepted, etc.
Now can you give me your honest opinion about how you feel about that. Coming from you and learning from you would mean a lot. if you don’t feel comfortable saying it on a youtube comment i can DM you or whatever it may be. @@RebeccaSainte-g4tloved your response fr and the encouragement. Just wanted to point out that not every sin is the same or equal. The worst sin of course is blasphemy of the Holy Spirit which is the one unforgivable, then we have sins unto death (1 Corinthians 6:9 & Galatians 5:19). Then we have sins that don’t lead unto death, those ones not listen in the 2 verses listed above. You’re correct if you meant that all sin separates you from God though, we are to repent for sins that we are unaware of and sins that we willfully do. Shalom shalom

She said it very well^ but again… Jesus loves YOU , Jesus died for YOU so that YOU can be saved no matter where you are coming to Him from. He doesn’t care about what your past looks like, He truly cares for your heart. If you wholeheartedly seek God, He will show you a love that you have never experienced before.
