How To Make Suya Spice//Yaji Step By Step//Kyinkyinga Powder// Masof's kitchen

    Ingredients:
    1 tbsp of dried pepper
    4 African nutmeg
    1 star anise
    1 tsp of Black pepper corn
    1 tsp of grains of paradise
    2 grains of selims
    1 tsp of cloves
    2 tbsp of cayenne pepper ( grounded)
    1 tbsp of Garlic powder
    1tbsp of onion powder
    1tbsp of Ginger powder
    1 tsp of salt
    1 1/2 tbsp of stock cubes
    1 1/2 tbsp of smoked Paprika
    500g of kulikuli ( peanut snack)

      There’s nothing wrong using stock cubes, I will say if you don’t like it please use salt. I have a video on how to make your own stock cubes at home on this channel please

      Yaji is the pepper spice and Suya is the meat (beef, Ram, Goat, chicken e.t.c) that is grilled

      Kulikuli are peanut sticks I used in the video. You can replace it with peanut powder
