    Masoro is called eche in idoma it is a popular reedish tiny seed that turns black when it is dried. It is also very hot on the lips

    You really did a lot of research on the ingredients. I didn't know suya spice was a combination of lots of ingredients. It looks nicely blended and the outcome amazing.

    I have never seen kajiji before, this is the first time I’ve heard of it actually wow there’s so much I need to explore, I recently came across alligator seeds and I can’t stop using it in the kitchen I love to try all these amazing African spices

    I could listen to you teach all day. There is something about the way you explain and break it all down and of course your voice. Just look how excited you were about the way Kajiji sounds.     Masoro is actually uziza seeds and the kajiji looks like cloves
    Just saw the cloves so I'm wrong

      I do buy spices a lot. Masoro is actually dry uziza seed. The only thing I noticed is that the ones from the northern Nigeria looks bigger while those from the south is smaller and more pungent. Thank pots of Flavours for doing a proper research. Because of you, I now know parsakori and kajiji as one of my Suya spice.
