Lol “pasta.” Nice video. Regarding tacos, I would recommend, if you wanna start getting adventurous with meats, to try tacos de lengua. They don’t taste how you would imagine. They are delicious and soft in texture. It’s probably the easiest one to start with IMO lol. I like tacos de cabeza and tacos de tripa too. But I prefer to go to places that specialize in these types of tacos only. 🌮

@@tay45826 oh nice. Yea I first tried them in my early twenties and they instantly became one of my favorites. Since you’re going out there you should really try Tacos El Gran Abanico. It’s a carnitas place. They were easily the best carnitas I’ve ever had. I still think about it to this day lol.

Unfortunately Mexico is not a very strong chess country. As of the time of writing this there are only six grandmasters in all of Mexico, a country of 120+ million😕 compared to Cuba for example which has over 30! So I doubt you faced very strong opponents. Anyway you combined three things that I love in this video, Mexico, tacos and chess. New subscriber!😁

Mexico City is a standard place to go. Head Somewhere that isnt frequented by Gringos and it'll be better and more adventure.

Plenty of adventure in mexico city. That is the reason it's frequented.

Where would you recommend visiting outside of Mexico City? I'm planning on Oaxaca, but am open beyond that. So far in the city I've visited the main areas such as roma norte, condesa, el centro, as well as coyoacan and iztapalapa. I want to visit teotehuacan as well later this week.
