    The flour smells so good I want to try it in some more recipes! I think I'll try some tropical pancakes and top them with pineapple, coconut and chopped macadamia nuts.

      I've used it so far, in chicken-fried steak coating and in gravy. The gravy was a mistake LOL, but the steak coating wasn't bad. The crust did seem a little denser than normal. I went 100% gluten-free and low-sugar 2 months ago after learning how gluten is being linked to dementia (my mom and grandmother had/have it) and because my family is obviously susceptible to it, I'm doing what I can do stop it.

      Okay Susanna, what do you think about birthday cupcakes? People who aren't confident making a cake can for sure be successful with cupcakes so I always recommend that first. One more question, are you thinking chocolate?

      @@everydayglutenfreegourmet6242 I'd love to have BOTH an awesome chocolate cake and a lovely yellow cake recipe. I'm an experienced baker, and I've got GF cupcakes down. Really looking for a full size cake for that whole presentation feel for birthdays.
