Black soldier fly বা প্যারেট পোকা, একটি নন-ব্যাকটেরিয়াল মাছি। যার life cycle মোট 45 দিনের, তাতে 4দিন egg stage, 18 দিন larvae stage, 14 দিন pupae stage
বর্তমান বাজারে মাছ ও হাঁস মুরগির এক লাভজনক খাদ্য।
এর লার্ভাতেই থাকে মূল protien, প্রায় 45%-50%,
30-35% fat, অন্যান্য vitamins & minerals
সামান্য জীবজ বর্জ্য দিয়েই এই পোকার চাষ সম্ভব। এতে মুরগি বা হাঁসের পর্যাপ্ত প্রোটিনও মেলে, কস্টিং ও কম হয়, ড্রাই পোকার অংশও ভালো একটা খাবার, পাশাপাশি সার হিসাবেও খুব ভালো।

It is possible to cultivate this insect with little animal waste. It also has enough protein of chicken or duck, the costing is less, dry insect part is also a good food, as well as very good as fertilizer.
