Crispin shares the importance of pushing for greater diversity and inclusion in the tech industry, how The Coders Guild stays ahead of the curve in developing training programmes for emerging technologies and their brand new skills bootcamp training people how to lead in a digital age.
"The company started in London, where I spent most of my life, and when we looked to move outside of London we chose Leeds specifically for the burgeoning tech scene and, in particular, the grassroots organisations and tech meet-ups that exist here."
"In order to stay innovative, we engage with these grassroots organisations, local meet-ups and community leaders to follow emerging technologies and determine which of these will require training."
