Sure. If your phone Is still under warranty, you can send It to Asus customer service. They confirmed me it's a hardware issue. They replaced the mainboard on my phone. No any issue till now but I'll wait for some time before saying it's definitively fixed.
@@muhdamir4314 Yes you need to backup your data before sending the phone. It's part of the service terms and conditions. They highly recommend to make a copy of your photos/videos etc.
Yes. Asus repair center confirmed it's a hardware issue. They just informed me they have replaced whole motherboard. My phone will be deliver in the next 2 day. I hope they finally fixed the issue.
@@ralphnorth3432 Phone arrived. Camera and fingerprint scanner work again as expected. No any issue till now but I will wait for some time before saying it definitively fixed

Maje a copy of your data, videos, photos, and send the phone to Asus assistance. It's a known hardware issue, they will replace the phone motherboard.
