dude you are great and i’m very happy to have found you. Of course you are one of those diamond in the roughs that don’t get enough views and Tube love but i’m here and am going to work thru a lot of of your vids. I’m a huge Rev fan and it’s crazy how little there is available tab wise out there for his incredible work. At least i’ve got you now! BTW Dean McCready from Twenty Flight Rock hipped me to you as u was asking him about Rev lessons/tabs. Are you in San Diego!?, I live in Vista , raised in San Diego County.
Hey Wyatt, I’m from Australia! Dean is a great bloke, it was really nice of him to send you to me - his stuff is fantastic! I think there’s not a lot on the rev because his style, particularly his wild lead guitar playing is painstaking to break down. I’ve got psychobilly freakout, a big chunk of galaxy 500, the entire version of where in the hell did you go with my toot rush and a few lessons on his style. Let me know if you can’t find them!
BIG thanks for this! Will definitely put some hours into this one over the next few days! Glad this hit ahead of the weekend. I will try to be ready for Part 2 when it hits. Eager to hear about the future of the channel as well and for what might be coming next, I’m sure it will be great! 🤠 I’m also ready for a new performance on your second channel 🤠
Well that’s a tricky one- it starts with an Eb idea certainly, and flows into C harmonic minor, or a mode of C harmonic minor from G, which is known as mixoydian b6, but I’m guessing Jim heath just kinda put it together by feel. The mixolydian b6 shows up a lot in music for its mysterious galactic quality - I think I’ll have to do a video talking about it! Great question by the way!
Yes! I've been waiting for this. Thanks for this. Can't wait for the solo
Indeed, hope you enjoy! I actually left the alternating finger off the eb chord, I’ll address this in the next video!
What a classic!
Great to see this. Thanks mate!
My pleasure, more to come!!! Thanks man!
You are a godamn legend!! I wish you all the best mate!!
You, are a legend!!! Thank you!!!
Fantastic video, can’t wait for the rest of the song.

Haha I might have to put up a banjo song on that channel, that’s where all my energy has gone lately!
And thanks man, glad you’re into it!!
I'm in my own Galaxy.... 1973
Sweet!!!
Ohh yes, the solo is coming!
I’ll be covering the first two main licks very soon man! Get your metronome ready!!
Thanks for your efforts! The banjo roll line, how do you look at that, is that some Eb to G7 line?

@@AdrianWhyte that makes a lot of sense to me, thanks for the reply!
@@AdrianWhyte - That would be an awesome topic. Agreed on the great question from Ralph.
*Galaxie (is how Ford spelled it)
Interesting! I wonder why they did that?
@@AdrianWhyte To make it more exotic, I suppose. 😂
