My best friends grandparents lived on a 1776 farm, and in their kitchen/living room they had a old wooden 55 gallon drum that sprayed (gravity feed) spring water. It was the best tasting water around. My friend and I would go over there and catch the spring water on a real HOT day and drink from it until her Grammy would finally kick us out. It was the best.

I was allowed to take a tour of the Redmond mine in Utah it was pretty amazing. The way the grain of the salt runs through the ground they don't have to put supports in the giant tunnels like other mines. There's also so much salt that it will last for thousands of years.

The way they make white salt is to super heat it the trace minerals evaporate at high tempeture - then its rinsed - then bleached - after that its white -
When it comes out of wells via hot water extraction its a light brown or gray color - - in marsh areas were there oil wells often there are salt wells also - i would see the salt cristals on the pip flanges on the wells - its real mild in taste when the minerals are present - we would brake chunks off at times and use it -

Very cool stuff. My sister has a problem with her nails involving iron. I shall spread the word to her to give it a try. I tend to stick to my coffee in moderation as of the last two years but it does help my breathing problems especially in summer. Winter it becomes less of an issue but I certainly can pin it on the air quality of the place I live. I actually consider Kentucky for one of the places im looking for raw land in my price range, in order to get to a place where the environment isnt even close to as toxic as where I am. If I didnt care for my neice and nephew 5 days a week for my sister I would have moved much sooner. Always will sacrifice for my family with out question. All things are apart of the plan laid for me and will happen when it needs to. God Bless you Titus along with your loved ones and community. Salt, in South Louisiana, companies used to have salt pill dispensers. Where you’re below sea level, so very high humidity. Now, electrolyte drinks are given!
Table salt doesn’t use iodine last I heard. Salt isn’t bleached that comes from Avery Island in New Iberia, La. It’s white salt rock. It’s also where the original hot sauce, Tabasco Sauce comes from!

Titus did not mention using Celtic Sea Salt.
It has naturally occuring Iodine and lots of minerals etc. It is also sun dried so is not 'cooked' or overheated, which table salt is.
I have used Himalayan Pink Salt for years ( because it had a lot more minerals etc) but forgot to include seaweed and Iodine rich foods in my diet to make sure my Iodine was not depleted.
I got dehydrated and also needed Iodine.
To make up for my mistake, I added those seaweed - Iodine rich - foods recently, (to make up for the years I neglected to do so) then I switched back to using Celtic Sea Salt.
It has made a good impact having the Iodine occurring once again along with the other minerals, together, in my opinion.
Adding Spirulina and Chlorella to my green smoothies has also increased the micro minerals available in my diet helping to compensate for the lower mineral profile of Celtic Sea Salt.
Both salts are exceĺent in my opinion. One just has to be aware of the Iodine factor. HPS has no Iodine.

Does Titus use Greensand as a fertilizer?
Using Greensand in an Organic Garden
When your organic garden needs to be enriched, you have several natural fertilizing options. One of those is greensand, an organic slow-release fertilizer that contains mineral deposits from the ocean floor.
There are many benefits to using greensand in your garden and lawn. It can enhance soil structure, increase root growth, and is good for the overall health of plants, because it gives them more nutrients.
    Definition and Composition
Also called "glauconite," greensand is a material from the ocean floor that is mined to be used as a soil conditioner or fertilizer.1 It has a bluish-green color and is made of marine potash, silica, iron oxide, magnesia, lime, phosphoric acid, and about 30 other trace minerals.
    What Is Potash?
Found in rock deposits, potash is a type of salt that contains large amounts of potassium, a nutrient that all plants need for both growth and reproduction. Because potash contains potassium in a water-soluble form, it makes for a popular ingredient in plant fertilizers.
While it sounds revolutionary, greensand is nothing new. It's been around for decades and is a popular tool that organic gardeners turn to often to fertilize their soil.
    • It is a good organic source of potash, which is important for overall plant health and disease resistance.
    • It is one of the best certified organic potassium sources and contains a high level of minerals, iron, silicates, and other trace elements.
Gardeners also find greensand useful when trying to improve hard clay soil. It will help texturize it and naturally boost the nutrient content. Sandy soils can also benefit from greensand because it increases soil's the moisture retention capacity. In fact, greensand can retain water and nutrients well, holding up to one-third its weight in water.
    Safety
Most gardeners agree that greensand is a very beneficial natural fertilizer for a variety of reasons. They also enjoy that it's much safer to use than artificial fertilizers.
It is perfectly safe to touch greensand when working with it, and it is not toxic to humans or animals. If you have pets or children outside near your plants, you will not have to worry about exposing them to dangerous toxins.
Greensand will not harm all of the important microorganisms and worms in your garden soil, either. Since you have probably worked hard to create healthy soil, it's good to know that your efforts will not be wasted when you need to fertilize.
    Use
Greensand is not water-soluble, so it has to break up in the soil. Therefore, it is applied directly to the soil and not mixed in water. It is best when applied in early spring. The amount needed will depend on where and how you want to use it.
    • Trees: Use 1-2 pounds of greensand per inch of trunk diameter. Spread evenly over root zone.
    • Plants: Use 1-2 pounds per plant, depending on size. Mix into the top six inches of soil.
    • Broadcast application: Use between 50 and 100 pounds for every 1,000 feet of soil treated.
    • Lawns: The general recommendation is to apply 16 pounds per 1,000 square feet.
    • Flower and vegetable gardens: A good goal is 5-10 pounds per 100 square feet.
    • Bushes: Add 1/3 cup per bush when planting or fertilizing.
    • Potting mix: Mix in two tablespoons per gallon of potting mix for container gardens and houseplants.
    • Sensitive plants: Greensand can also be used on plants that are sensitive to other fertilizers and should not cause any damage. It doesn't burn plants like many fertilizers do.

You use the roasted Carob it seems, based on your explanation of how the seeds are roasted and ground into powder.
Is there any difference in the nutritional value to use the RAW Carob powder?
Sometimes absorption by the body is made easier with using raw or sometimes using cooked foods.
Sometimes Nutritionists recommend cooking foods for elderly people, if they have difficulty digesting the raw version of certain foods.

Not sure why some people think John ate locust beans instead of real locusts? Especially when in Leviticus we read, "Yet these you may eat of every flying insect that creeps on all fours: those which have jointed legs above their feet with which to leap on the earth. These you may eat: the locust after its kind, the destroying locust after its kind, the cricket after its kind, and the grasshopper after its kind." (11:21,22)

Salt is good, Amen and Amen.
I think iodine salt (cerebos) is the best.

Respectfully asking, why no natural caffeine from coffee beans? In moderation?

  • @wisnoskij
    @wisnoskij 9 месяцев назад

Cocoa just has as much caffeine as tea, in my experience not really a noticeable amount. Also, you really dont need to add sugar if you are adding it to milk imho, but if you add it to water, you would.

I haven’t had carob in a long time (probably 30 years). About 10 years before that, I use to buy pet carob candy for my hamster 😊.
I wasn’t crazy about carob then but now with faulty digestion many of my usual foods bother so I’m going to try it again because of your video. I stopped buying grocery store almond milk because I don’t know about all those gums added, would like to make it but I don’t want to spend $100 plus for an electric nut milk maker when we don’t know the reliability of electricity down the road - I do buy electric products that are low watt since they can be run with a Jackery or solar panel. Any ideas/info on my options let me know. Messaging me is ok too.
Looking forward to more unboxing. Been awhile since a new one has posted since transferring to this page . I sent something, so waiting to see Titus open what I sent. Took awhile to get there and arrived the 24th, both packages. A bit nervous because it basically is a medical kit and most don’t know about the value of Cell Salts so I’m hoping it will be well received. It has cured me and friends of issues where surgery or medical intervention was no longer needed.

In cooking recipes, I just blend almonds with water and some salt instead of using store bought almond milk. I use a Vitamix.
I am out of town so I don’t know anything about the unboxing videos until I get back. I will share the info about the salts. Thank you so much for your generosity!! ❤️

The reason the girls didn’t like it is because he put WAY too much of Carob! 1 teaspoon is enough per cup, plus, I used to drink it with soy milk as well, try that and I’m sure the girls would like it better. Coffee has milk too so feel free to add any plant based milk. And NOT TOO MUCH CAROB, he put 4 teaspoons in one jar, it was probably very bitter.

I looked up the locust thing, and found articles stating that the majority of locust references in the Bible refer to the insect, not a plant, and that the insect is considered "clean" to eat. I read that many who say what John the Baptist ate was a plant, say/believe that because they can't accept that someone would eat yucky insects. Guess I'll have to do a bit more research.

In the offshore and remote mountain oilfields we pressed the crews to take salt tablets every time they drank water - it prevents strikes -
There was a study by a doctor using 6 patients in 1905 that concluded salt is bad for us -
Thats what the low to no salt diet is based on - many men in the oilfields died of strokes due to salt defficencys - down here in the south this yr most of those strikes were due to low salt intake -
When some one has a stroke if they get to the hospital in time there given a saline drip its salt and magnesium - the salt prevents strokes and the magnesium prevents heart attacks - 50% of heart attacks are due to magnesuim defficensy's -
If a person is having a stoke give them a glass of water with salt mixed in it -
In the oulfield we had enma bottles if a guy could not drink the salt water and a iv was not avalable he was rolled over on his left side and given a enma with a tea spoon of any salt in a pint of warm waterr -
They normaly recovered if we got the salt water in them soon enough -
That was in the cold mountain regions also -
