very nice explanation. please clarify 2 things: 1. we used scores on content relevance, but dont we have to do anything with scores of clarity? 2. is this process only for validating a newly designed questionnaire or also for a translated version of validated questionnaire?
Good day taru dewan. First, clarity is for the checking on the use of language and as your guide in revising your statement, not the content of your statement, and so, there is no such thing as clarity validation. Second, this process is only used for validating newly designed questionnaire which is not yet validated.

Regarding your query, you may just state "The questionnaire used was validated and has achieved satisfactory level of content validity index with S-CVI average = __, S-CVI UA = __, and SCVI average based on proportion relevance = ___". Then the table of CVI should be included under appendix.

For instance, your study is about mental health, experts in this area include, psychologists, psychiatrists, or mental health nurses. If your study is about pedagogies, experts are the teachers or educators who are experts in that pedagogies. I hope, i answered your question.

What if S CVI on basis of I CVI (0.8)and on basis of PR (0.8) comes in range, but SCVI on basis of UA (0.6)is not....then how to interpret Content validity
Dr Shubba Singhal, if SCVI is 0.6, that means is below satisfactory. There is a need to add more items or reduce the number of items in the questionnaire. Thank you

What to do when our questionaire is not valid?

@@mathtuklaswithsirjojo2077 Good day Sir. There is no statistical test for face and content validity, but you can compute the validity through CVI, refer to video. For construct and criterion validity, you may use correlation test if you want to test the validity of your questionnaire against a standardize test. The use of statistical test , depends on the purpose of your questionnaire, and the constructs of your study.
