this is the Chinese version of famous German song -- Von guten Mächten.
it is a poem written by Dietrich Bonhoeffer. he is a martyr who fight for religious freedom and Christian belief against Nazi.
the audio part is sung by BJ Zion church.

Thank you for this video. I’m on an exciting journey with Dietrich Bonhoeffer and his famous hymn “Von guten Mächten” “By gentle (gracious) Powers” . This hymn reaches the ends of the world with its timeless message of strong faith and confidence even in the darkest night.

There is also a new translation of all seven Verses I want to introduce to you. Only incomplete translations appear to be known in English-speaking countries. After a long struggle, one of my own has now been completed. My goal was to preserve the external form as much as possible and to make the content shine clearly through nuances in the choice of terms that would otherwise easily be lost.
