It depends on your playstyle really If you want a good hulldown heavy, choose the gun depression If you want an armored medium, take the suspensions It's a really versatile tank, with 2 really different playstyles
Idk, at this point there are so many op tech tree tanks that it feels pointless to try and complain about the newest one. I know it's a sorta bad way to look at it. (I am actually grinding down the e100, so I'm not benefitting from 60tp, t100lt, etc.)
Edit: ow yeah tier 6, 8, & 10 are cracked... Though tier 10 is kinda bit too cracked in terms of armor lmao, dunno but it seems like a turreted version of an obj 268 v4 from my experience

They say 9.1 will be released next month so it will take a while. Initially the tank is totally broken, I wouldn't be surprised if the TYPE 71 got an emergency nerf.

4:00 got to disagree. This tank has shoulder plate, which is a big negative for side scraping. HOWEVER, it would seem that this tank can bait shots with it's front track wheel as the armor behind the track wheel is very thick
I’m not sure if I’m just bad or it’s actually a visual glitch, but I went into a training room with my buddy and shot the grey shoulder plate a whole bunch of times from a bunch of different angles and I very rarely penned. It might be one of those weird armor bits that shows up as grey but is actually a lot harder to pen.
I took other consumable, now it’s got 49 degrees of hull turnrate and it’s got great capabilities on every terrain. I rather not being circled, than have 9 degrees
@@RodneyWoTB thats not stats of a noob a noob have 300-800 avg damage and a 33-47% wr average players have 50-54% wr and 1000 avg damage Good players 55-60% wr and 1100-1900 avg damage unicums have 60-70% wr and 2000-3000 avg damage and superunicums over 80% wr and over 4k avg damage i am a good player with 55% wr i have 21k battles i have 1300-2300 avg damage and my most played tier is t7 (i have no Smasher and no Annihilator)

Normally in 30 days stats I’m averaging about 2,4-2,8 k dmg. But it’s just tier X, sometimes I’m playing tier IX.
hi pantouflee i want to say that i don't like the new aiming thing(aim circle), it doesn't feel good. I like the old aiming thing better. I really have to get used to it, do you?
I have been able to handle them with the T110E5 and M48 just fine thus far, but then again I might be fighting players that just had 50-75% crew seeing as how new the tanks are. HEAT is enough to punch through the Hull, which is alright and since I'm low enough I can hit the lower plate well enough. The problem arises when fighting superheavies that don't have enough depression, dispersion or aim time to hit the lower plate reliably. I think its actually a fairly balanced tank thus far.
Played 40 battles with it today and got 5 masteries out of it with no effort whatsoever, But I can say the tank is not op. People are just still adjusting with the new tank and learning on how to counter it since every "OP" tanks in the game always has its foe, The tank has been fully tested and considered balanced by the testers.

I think the tank is totally balanced, his speed and traverse feels like tank with heavy armor. The armor also feels like heavy tank, I think every heavy tanks should be like this. Currently, all the heavy tanks have medium tank armor, the weakspots are huge like E50M and T62a.
@@lyric-992 imo is 4 is weak though, its really slow and has massive weakspot on the bottom. I'd rather drive E-50M which has good mobility with the same/little bit bigger weakspots

The tank needs a buff. The Armor isnt nearly as good as someone would think. You can easily penetrate the front. It feels like a superheavy but it has worse armor. Its kinda like an OBj260 a bit underpowered.
This is how a Type 71 should look like. Hull armour should be decrease from 105 to 80mm, the rear should be only around 50-70mm of armour since we're probably talking about half modern doctrine. The lower plate should be weak enough to be penetrated by AP even on that kind of terrain.

You also can't penetrate VK72's frontal lower plate without using premium shell same for the E100 frontal turret armor
The E100 cheeks are penable by t10 TDs as long as you are right in front of it with no angle
