  • After the trip in Japan, I figured that the DJI O3 whoop could use a little more power. Hence, the next phrase of the sub 100g project began and the development of a 2 inch quad has been undergoing. The prototype was completed during the cherry blossom season and I am using it to take some footages along with my trusty converted Flywoo Venom H20 with a naked GoPro 9.
More updates on the build later, enjoy the Hanami!

Purrfect! Low camera angle is the best recipe for slow and steady flight. Glad you did it with the right weather. Best luck for the rest of us.. *look at weather prediction* WHAT?

Look at the GoPro color vs O3 color , and to be honest you need to tuned to mount perfect O3 because I see jello or wobble image too tine , but really cools this video 😎

i setup my meteor85 quite similar to your quad. i took my quad for maiden flight and have been noticing when i crash, it really hard to turtle mode because the quad will land on o3 with camera facing the sky because of the weight..do u experience the same problem?

Yes, because the quad is top heavy and the motors may not generate enough thrust to flip over.
The footages in the 2nd half of the video was taken by my 2nd version of the sub 100g project prototype. It is a 2" and it isn't a whoop. Will share more detail when it is ready, stay tuned!
