    I really like my SV! Those cars are quick in sport mode. I was shocked at how quick it is.

      If you keep hammering on your CVT you will be replacing it. If you want them to last you have to drive like a senior citizen and get the CVT fluid and filters changed every 30,000 miles.

      @@scrambler69-xk3kv My girlfriend drives it, I can’t really fit in it. I’m 6ft 5 and long legs. I drove it maybe 3 times.

    I like that color. Nissan makes great looking sedans.

      Yeah it's my second favorite color that they're available in the wife picked the color. Yeah Nissan sells a LOT of sedans maybe that's why Ford's exiting that market.

    Hey watching your video was great thank you because I searched 2018 Nissan Sentra sv reviews and a lot of the vehicles had heated seats and even sunroofs but mine didn’t so I was so confused trying to figure out why my vehicle didn’t have these features so being that my car look exactly like yours this video was great nothing to panic about

      Glad it cleared up some confusion for you!

    Just bought a 2019 Sentra SV. Was watching to see what differences there are (not many). Gave you a thumbs up for having Ozzy's Boneyard and Liquid Metal on the SiriusXM radio. 🤘

    Just got a used 2017 SV here in Newport News, Virginia, for me I found that the ECO mode works best for city driving and the standard and Sport mode work best for me for interstate driving...

    Looks like a very nice car with lots of nice features. I'm sure you will get a lot of good years out of it. It's good that Nissan is still offering cars with CD players still, a lot don't.

      Kitten Care yeah the CD player is nice to have but at this point I wouldn't make a car buying decision based on it.

      LOL I never thought about "metalling" it up! I guess I could review my 2007 red Nissan Frontier and talk about how the red is related the devil or something.

      Gesh! You should do a review on the Frontier actually. Haha

      We still have the car and it's still fine it's still pretty new so not sure what there would be worth talking about yet.

    I am so surprised you see so many on the road with all of the stories of CVT transmission failures.

    • @baldmetalnerd
      @baldmetalnerd  Год назад

      Well this car has now been totaled due to a wreck it had around 60,000 miles on it at the time so before the CVT would typically go out.

    I have the same exact car. Just keep plenty of wax on the paint...not the greatest quality in this color.

    I just rented one after turning in a Kia Soul. I miss the Soul. Sitting in this car is like sitting on the ground. The seat is uncomfortable. I cannot raise the seat because the lever is broke on a 2 year old car! The interior seems chintzy and cheap. Nissan's quality is in the toilet. It can't compare to the Kia I had. Lord I be glad when I get my 2012 Malibu back.

    Aesthetically is beyond horrible like 90% of modern japanese cars but I'm pretty sure is a really good car. Enjoy!

    • @baldmetalnerd
      @baldmetalnerd  6 лет назад +3

      LOL well I guess it all comes down to personal preference, we were considering this car or the Toyota Corolla. We bought this one because it's a few thousand cheaper than the Corolla and it had all of the features we were looking for and it also helps that I own a 12 year old Nissan with almost 170,000 miles on it that has been trouble free up to this point.

    • @net_news

      great choice! Corolla is way uglier! xD Jokes aside I agree with you, It's 100% a personal preference, but I really think "looks" is the only thing where japanese cars are falling behind german cars.
