INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup= 250ml
1 cup - Chickpeas (soaked overnight)
2 big - boiled Potato
1/2cup - curd
3 ts - Red Chilly powder
2 ts - Coriander Powder
1 ts - Turmeric Powder
2 tb - Chhole Masala Powder
1ts - Cumin powder
1 ts cumin seeds
1/2ts - Black Pepper powder
1/4ts - Asafoetida
2 chopped - Onions
2 big - Tomatoes Puree or paste
2 chopped - Green Chilly
2 ts - ginger Garlic paste
1 - Bay Leaf
4 - Cloves
1 - Cinnamon stick
1 Black Cardamom
4 Green cardamom
1 - Star Anise
1 stone flower
1/4cup - Refined Oil
Salt as per taste
fresh chopped Green Coriander, mint
