- Today we open one of the rarest Pokemon Booster Boxes in history! None other then A BRAND NEW POKEMON BASE SET BOOSTER BOX!!! This also may actually be the rarest Pokemon Base Set Booster Box Ever as well... This bad boy was released in 1999 as the first ever Pokemon TCG set. This set contains one of the rarest cards Pokemon Card history .. The Base Set holo Charizard!

out of the first 3 booster packs i ever got as a kid i pulled a shadowless holo charizard at 7 years old from media play. totally feel you on this. this was cool, i never knew they had error boxes for first edition marked out
