I enjoy the electronics on the floor vids, much appreciated. I'd love to know more about ceramic resonators if you get around to the topic some day. I've found very little easily digestible information on them. I have a couple of local council pickups around here in the next month or so, hope to salvage a few Variable Caps. Normally get 2 or three in this suburb.

Hi from Adelaide, i have on old Logimtrics 921 sinal generator..it has a main variable type frequency tuning pot but then to get the hertz decimals you use a fine vernier pot..my problem is this pot seems very loose and scratchy and when you tap the top of the unit just above this pot the frequency display jumps around 0 to 15hertz, is there a grease that i can pot into the potentiomer to tighten it up and give the feel more drag?
    73.
    Thanks
