I find it very useful in golden wasteland since its known to help u charge urself while holding it during flight. But i have no idea WHY WE CANT BURN PLANTS?? Game logic fr
The torch is not completely useless, but it's not all that useful either. It can be easily replaced by a friend with a white candle or the assembly torch, which is considered to be the fastest recharging item alongside the fireplace.
Pay close attention to what I'm going to tell you and keep it to yourself: * in the future they will add backpacks that allow you to carry more than one item and the torch will be the best item to use in conjunction with other heat sources. Wait and see

Like the star light that only does one thing and it's light a place but due to the bugs it flies up and the torch doesn't even burn well, the wing recup time is incredibly slow, slower than when you scrap light from those tiny fire lamps and low and behold it doesn't even burn the darkness even though it's A TORCH ITS FREAKING FIRE!!
the star light thing is useful, while holding a friends hand, you can pick up the lamp & hold a candle, when the friend flies & goes underwater, the candle wont go out. it works with both piggyback & cradle carry.

I like how it provides extra light because Eden and Wastes are dark, especially when I'm playing on switch hooked up to the tv. And there is a window behind me that outshines the tv. So torch is helpful to me. And it's better than spending who knows how many candles on instacharge potions when I'm alone

It gives: minimal charging MAY save you from krill attack - the fire will extinguish in wind barrier, but will remain in the clouds ☑ The torch has a wider distance to lighting a dark area than the regular red candle - -Torch can be lit by other sky kids -You are able to burn the butterfly jars 🫙 - you can burn the ball wax but it's a bit hard if it was on the ground ,since your sky kid might accidentally kick it and it will glitch through a wall :,) that's it for now

But it gives good light so it’s not the worst. - Awful in Forest! Burns out when under rain! Extras: - Torch lights up lamps very easily. Lamps in the surroundings at least. Maybe can work for lamp props of players as well. - Torch works best in Vault runs as you can easily walk through them to light them up. I mostly use it when I’m in vault because it’s often annoying to press light for all the lanterns. With tournament torch I can just hold it near and it will light the lanterns almost instantly.

No, I tested this. You need to be lit yourself to use the torch. Otherwise you're not capable of pulling it out. The best usage I out of it during Eden was using it to very slowly charge myself while behind cover, but I dont think it's that worth bringing along, as the charging time isn't very fast.
How hard is to me decide between the disco ball and torch because I use torch for regeneration and disco ball as elevation and to go up so is hard to decide
all items not perfect, even IAP items not perfect. example using umbrella at place that not raining so that umbrella is useless so use item at right place. umbrella at forest because it raining and elder mask+torch at wasteland, mask can save skykid from krill and torch may help a little since wasteland quite dark
@@shinjiken678 yea, when you wear elder mask, you will covered by shield and when krill hit you shield will break and you not die but after shield break you need go to shrine and meet elder who give you mask to get shield again
does anyone know if large placable props like the tent or banner would block a krill hit or the rocks from eden??? i havint obtained any props like them yet to try myself but if it works thats a massive advantage, a portable shield!. and unlike the elder masks not one use.
@p_eabean Yes it's still working but from what I have seen a ban wave has been going on since past 3 months at frequent intervals and many players have gotten their accounts warned/temporarily banned/permanently banned. While we still don't know the exact reason behind this neither the devs of mod. But autocr can be one of the reasons. If you want to do cr do semi cr through mods like dukun and do it with the help of your alt (that you don't really care much about) so even if it gets banned your main account will be safe.

My friend just suddenly got a warning for doing nothing but tp cr for some reason and is quiting hacking, and I just wish I dont have to spend atleast 45 mins on (tp) cr anymore lol, i miss auto. @p_eabean Dukun langit is the name of the mod used for semi/tp cr. If they did that to cr from their main account then they will get the warning because it's them directly doing the cr through their main account which leaves digital footprints on their account which is most probably detected by TGC if they check it. And yes I exactly meant what you said. Using tp cr on your alt while holding hands with you main account won't pose any threat on your main account and it will not receive any warning. Although your alternate will end up receiving warning and can even get banned eventually. And I know auto cr is a really good feature but tp cr is still better than wasting 2-3 hours on just cr😭 given my busy schedule I can never lol.

You can also recharge your cape as well, but like you've said- it's really bad. Extremely slow
