Fruit salad and lazy cake ( perfect and fun to prepare with children )
Recipe:
For the fruit salad:
2 cups whole milk
8 oz cream cheese
2 cups shredded young coconut
2 cups chopped fresh strawberries
2 cups canned fruit ( including the juce )
1 1/2 cups palm seeds ( washed and drained )
1 cup pineapple jelly ( including the juice ).
For the lazy cake:
10 cups tea biscuits
1/2 cup melted chocolate ( optional )
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups liquid whole milk.
Directions: for the fruit salad .
1- In a blender add cream cheese and milk, blend until smooth.
2- In a large bowl, add chopped fresh strawberries, shredded young coconut, canned fruits, palm seeds, pineapple jelly, milk mixture, mix well together.
3- serve cold ♥️.
Directions: for the lazy cake.
1- In a large bowl, add the tea biscuit and start crushing the biscuit then add melted chocolate, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, liquid milk, mix well.
2- place on a plastic wrap and roll the biscuit mixture like a sausage.
2- place in the freezer for few hours, once frozen cut and enjoy.
