Thank you! I bought your book some time ago and started reading it but didn’t get passed the first exercise/question. I think I just managed to overwhelm myself with my thoughts 😅 I’ve been thinking of picking up the book again and this was exactly what I needed to get going. 😊
I think the lock down will force a lot of people to self reflect. I know it brought up a lot for me. Im now in counseling working on my identity. Ive been curious about your book for a while now. This video shows it might have helped me way sooner.

I'll try to buy your book as soon as I can, I think it will be very helpful to have a sort of guide that you can check and read whenever you feel like and that helps you to explore your gender identity. As a non-binary person myself, I really appreciate all the content made by other non-binary people, because it makes me feel better with myself knowing that there is people going through the same struggle as me who have the methods to say "it's okey to be like we are". Thank you for your book and all your thoughtful videos
It's a great book. I worked through all of it with my psychologist, and it certainly changed my life for the better. It's good to go through the process slowly, and the workbook really helped me not get overwhelmed trying to figure my entire identity out all at once. I can say truthfully the help of your book- with the amazing support and encouragement of my psychologist- saved my life. ♡♡♡

Re; the reflections on your glasses, , Having college + 10years of professional photographic, ,in-studio & outdoor experience, , I offer, some low cost/' easily employed remedies for eliminating this objectionable issue: light is reflected at the angle of incidence, , ,so,, just turn your head so you're not facing directly into your, primary light source,( or any other specular light source) ,Or, , move your light source so it's at greater angle to your face,,either from the side or to a higher elevation, , , OR ,, best option:: procure a polarizing lens to attach to your photographic recording devices' lens . . .a bit of experimentation, with the implementation utilizing either of these options ,should produce the resolution you seek . . Good Things to you, ,Dara!!!
so um... you mentioned that people can add in the comments about phrasing and terminology and such? I noticed that you used the terms "female or male pronouns" to refer to "she or he" pronouns and while I only use they pronouns nowadays, this makes me uncomfortable and I have heard others express discomfort with the gendering of pronouns in this way as well. after all, many people who are not female use she/her pronouns and many people who are not male use he/him pronouns. I hope you see this and find it helpful.
