Glad you had a good bday! I remember a few months ago you said the only way the microbiome could be changed was with a fecal transplant! Glad your thoughts have evolved! I thought maybe I have been wasting my time and money working on my own!
Not really evolution, just researched different data. Fecal transplant is a real thing but it appears, for most of us, the biome is still there but reduced and over whelmed. By diet, it can be restored. I feared it was destroyed but that isn't true. It was a dull science lady on TED Talks doing a show on bubble mice and gut biome that got me started. Later I found people promoting diets to recover a biome. They were right on. Aloha
@@rosstodd03 I found it on Amazon, it was the first one on the page that had both pre & probiotic in one dose. The name is Bio Schwartz. This was used in conjunction with high fiber, high polyphenol and largely plant based diet. It works.
I knew that was a Tommy shirt! That's my husbands favorite brand, and they are one of the few companies that offer 100% silk shirts in gorgeous prints. Color looks good on you and you blend in with your garden now. Ha! Thank you for sharing your diet change because it may help others. Cheers!
The shirt is a Tommy Bahama from Nordstrom. The list price in embarrassingly high but Ellen's get employee pricing there. Yes, I love my silk Aloha shirts, so smooth. The diet is the bomb. If you had covid or suffer from depression please try it.
I agree, and its the sort of cloth that roll in a ball and comes back unwrinkled. Ellen worked for Nordstrom must of her life. When she retired they let her keep her discount. When they have sales they allow the discount on top the sale price. I get clothes that Trump couldn't afford for Walmart prices. You would have fainted at the price tags on my three shirts. The three were worth over $500 at list!
All is stars, all hail the stars. Not just sun. All heavy elements were created in the explosion of Super Nova. We are made of star dust as are the plants.
In Sicily it is good manners to wish a hearty meal followed by a "Caca Forte". Very large crap in English. No worries. It was a large lunch and the rest is history.
No dragons in Hawaii thank goodness. My take is that would be a baby I'o. The Hawaiian Hawk. We have a pair here but they must have changed nesting sights since last year. The parents must be gone too long hunting.
You are so right about the gut biome, Bill. I noticed a big change when i started eating less junk, and just less period, i did a lot better. I had to give up spicy also, which really sucks! I do love a good habanero sauce and last time i had some it about killed me! Ah well, at least i still can eat bread lol. I do love all your shirts, but that one is great!
Thank you on the shirts. Try using some pre & probiotic supplements along with dietary changes. I found they were a real jump start on the process. My gut culture must have been damaged pretty bad. The reaction has been amazing.
I would like to think that the Boogaloo boys have passed their peak, and island/Aloha shirts being associated the "movement" is no longer a valid concern. I say, wear it proudly!

That's a beautiful shirt and a great color on you Bill.
I've always been a bit on the blue side. After 73 years I can honestly way, when I play the blues, it's real. Aloha

Peace love and tacos. That’s all
It used to be peace love and acid. Can I smoke the tacos? Very funny. I'm an emoji illiterate.

My concept of The Biosphere Diet is large, encompassing macro and micro biology. Frequency from the Sol shapes and colors our food.we are eating Sun.

Happy Belated Birthday.
One day is as good as another. I'll be 73 for 364 more days.
Happy late birthday from your neighbors in the Ferns
Never too late, thank you. Still feeling it!
