I'm an old guy in my early 60's. When I was a kid I used to hang out at North Toronto Arena in Toronto constantly, it was about a block from were I lived. The Pickering Panthers were having their home rink renovated in the early 70's, and played their home games at North Toronto Arena for a year. They became my second favourite team to watch, after the Leafs. That's pretty cool if you played for them. Their league was called Metro Junior "B" then. Some legal stuff went on for some reason and what was then Junior "B" changed to Junior "A", and what was then Junior "A" changed to Major Junior.
Wow very interesting. I think they should have figured out a way to stick with “junior b” because now it makes things much more complicated haha. Like the “junior b” league (GOJHL) is right up my alley and technically it is the same level of play as the “junior a” but for legal reasons they have to classify as “junior b”. It was much less complicated when it went Jr. C, Jr. B, Jr. A.
@@Ryan-Tanner A couple of years ago I tried reading up on why they changed it, it was pretty confusing. It seems like they are simplifying minor hockey though by gradually getting rid of Atom, Pee Wee, Bantam and Midget, and just using the "under" whatever age group.
Would anyone be interested in a pregame routine video? Like stretching, rolling, bands, hand eye, etc.
Yes
I would
Absolutely

That intro made me sad as a Bauer guy 😭😂
